Do you guys have any cheat tools for that game? I read someone cheating himself up to 500 mining a few pages back---

Wizard mode.

Buh. You can only keep 100 items in your home.

Is it worth keeping any items that are not (great), and you are probably not going to use?

For instance, can I sell this (good) leather energy cell ( ;)) for more than 10 gold or should I toss it to make room for more important stuff?

Also, does anyone know what "you feel closer to the world" means? I'm assuming it's some kind of stat or skill increase but I can't figure out which one.

Just buy a storage house and build it next to your home, and dump all of your excess stuff there.

Keep in mind that even the storage house has a limit.

A store with a decent shopkeeper is good for dumping worthless basic items, but its expensive to maintain.

Basic items are not worthwhile to even pick up.  The price you can sell things for is a good indication of its actual value, even.  Things that you could sell for 10 gold or so?  Don't pick them up in the first place, it's just not worth it.  Get your quest rewards ID'd and sell or dump things you don't need right now.

I'm retarded. I noticed that early on, that being the fact that un ID'd items sell for more if they're better items, and I've failed to use that information appropriately.

Right now it doesn't matter though. I still can't go into town as far as I know. =)

The only objects that sell more unidentified is equipment which usually sells for very little unless identified anyhow.

Though you need a lot of Negotiation to sell objects for non-ripoff prices. Even then the number only gets to 1/3rd buying price.

So I had a disease, and it caused me to get all kinds of horrible mutations under the titles [Disease] instead of [Mutation]. Are these as a result of the etherwind? Because I had to go out in it once or starve to death.

I'm pretty sure a monster hit me or cast a spell and I got a disease, though, because I got some kind of disease pop-up in a dungeon and it explained that there was a difference between the etherwind and disease.

Anyway, how do I cure that shit? It's awful. One of my disease-borne problems is random teleportation. Another is -15% hp and -8 strength, and the last is that I've grown feathers, which = no cloak, -20% weight (good thing or bad thing?) and +14 speed.

If my legs weren't twisted (-10 spd) then I'd really be flying, but as it is I'm still at 80 speed when unburdened.

One last question... Training skills with PP seems ineffectual, at best, but then so does training them by using them. For instance, I'm constantly cooking... And I mean constantly. Like, I cook 10 or so dishes every time I get into town. But my cooking is still at like 6.

Sounds like etherwind disease which you can cure with Cure Corruption potions. To get them, win at blackjack 4 times in a row at the Derphy casino. I would recommend alt-f4 if you don't win 4 times so you can conserve your casino tokens. I just enter town (game saves), play blackjack and quit game repeat until I get a potion.

Is it specifically the Derphy casino? Because I read earlier it was just at a casino, or maybe I just ignored the word "Derphy", and I won like 9 times in a row at the casino in Palmia and got absolute crap.

I will try it out either way. Thanks.

Both casinos will give out potions of cure corruption at about four or five wins. If you win more times than that, they will give you crap.

They can give you good items (especially if you use 5 chips) it just isn't likely.

I am SOOO close to my goal of a museum... Soo close! I already have enough cards and figures to earn quite a bit of cash.

Hmm I think it is obvious that the computer cheats at Blackjack. Either that oro my unluck has kicked in

Tip: While you can't grab things off the floor you can eat ANYTHING! Most cities have food lying around and furnature always have an off chance of being made of food.
-Vernis and Yowyn are the two best areas I found for food

Tip 2: Apperantly stacks of Oracle stack... so keep stacking up Oracles for the really great adventurer objects! Though careful when you trade a stack it takes the whole stack.

Palmia has two fruit trees next to the Arena, and an apple in one of the south east rooms. You can also eat the buckets of bread found in most bakeries.

My most memorable meal was eating a raw lampost in Palmia.

As for storing Items, use the putit dungeon and robbers den in Vernis. You don't even need to buy a deed or pay maintanence for those. All it needs is a one time quest and presto! Instant Quantum Storage! (I think, I'm not much of a packrat).

I had all this crap, until I realized it was all worthless. Even after IDing it, most of it won't sell for more than 5 gold.

The guild ID price (half the normal ID price) is a godsend. I can ID all kinds of crap if I feel like it now... Which I do, because my last weapon got eaten alive trying to clean out all the slimes under Vernis.

Anyway, storage isn't a problem anymore, and money is slowly becoming less of a problem.

Anyone know what those kitty banks are for? I bought a cat bank with (500gp) after it, and all it appears to do is take 500 gold from me? =P I'm hoping it is storing it? But I don't know how to get it out. It's all sparkly glowy like Jar Jar in the Robot Chicken Star Wars spoof.

My most memorable meal was a buckler I had recently picked up. Apparently it was made of raw (which I assume is raw meat) or candy.
