Oh god, moon gates are not fun. I just went in one and was greeted by a constant volley of explosions and kamikaze yeeks.

I never did get Seinfeld... It's just a show about a bunch of assholes being assholes and saying the same jokes over and over.  It wasn't funny.

This is actually a recognised phenomenon.

P.S. And I do not allow him to watch TV. My wife does though and I'm not happy about it.
I show him special cartoons which (I know) are harmless, like those old disney movies and different educational programs (BBC and others), you can think of it like of parent's censorship.
Glad to see parents being responsible for their children instead of believing schools should teach them everything, if anything at all. Even if you're creepingly[sic] younger than me.

Course, I'm wicked, the first anime I will make my kid watch is Akira.

"See, kiddo, this is what you get when you have super uncontrolled paranormal powers. You squish your girlfriend inside your deformed mutated body."

I think I was 10ish when I watched it first. The sooner you spook your kids about gore, the less likely it is that they will become furry gore fanatics.

And while I'm on the subject, it really pisses me off when some parent act all righteous towards others about how they educate their children, like their methods are the right ones, period. I find comfort in the fact that their kids will disappoint them.

-Snip back to Elona-

My poor pianist is having trouble with dungeons. I can't find anymore level 6 of lower dungeons that I haven't finished. So I'm not sure what to do next, I'm just training performance until some new dungeons pop out. I also got to the main quest dugeon (lesimas? I actually never read its name past the first letter, so I know it's something starting with L, damn you fast reading) down to level 12, but damn, it's certain death for her. Arenas are starting to throw level 12 monsters at her and elemental hounds as solo. Even tho Fairies have a huge resistance, their HP is really low, so whatever damage gets past the resistance is almost fatal.

I got all the way down to level 13 or 14 with Brill at level 5 or so, even with crappy equipment.

It's all about determination and knowing when to avoid that horde of mummies that somehow do 40 damage with one hit of their weapons.

It's a bit harder with a fae pianist, I assume, despise having tons of pets. And I had a bad luck with the level 12 dungeon, The stairs generated in a room filled with mummies, so I can't just get past them and they manage to kill all my pets.

I think that the parents should tell their children about most things, although there's always something your children will know from friends anyway.
And I'm not speaking about "dictatorship", I just want to have some control over it. If you show something too early you can harm your child's psychology and if you show it too late there's always someone who already told them about it. Just keep some track and be aware of you kids =).

I'm lvl 11 ubermutated dwarf and still sometime mummies kill me with 2-3 critical blows. It sucks :).

It's not that I find the show unoriginal.  I just don't find it very funny.  It's about assholes being assholes.  I don't find that funny.  The only episode I really found funny was the last one because they didn't spend the whole episode repeating the same joke over and over but basically admitted, that yes, this is just a show about assholes being assholes.

Kraemer was the only character I really found funny.

I wanna try to capture a decent mummy. But I'm lacking in pokeballs... I have a level 68(!!!) ball, but I'm saving it for something grand. Other than that one, I have a few ranging from 6 to 9, nothing good enough. I assume mummies might need level 17-20 or so, I had to use a 15ish to capture the ice ent I have right now.

And what?! Go watch eet now! It's a classic from the 80s! It has drugs, bikes, rock & roll, gangs, excessive blood (I swear some people in akira must have 20 liters of blood), and of course, paranormal kids! All in a cyberpunk themed world!

It also inspired a whole generation of bikes. =p

So, guys, where do you buy pokeballs or whatever to capture monsters? Because I want one.

Also, do dead allies count towards your limit? Or could I have twenty allies and only use three because I only have 12 charisma?

I think the right name is monster ball or something like that. You buy them at general stores, but they are sort of rare. Their level is usually half the shop rank, so non-invested shops usually have them at level 1-5 or so.

And afaik, dead allies still count. You have to sell them or get rid of them.

General shops occasionally have them, but the Thieves Guild fence always has them for sale.

I got a monster ball from a drop, and I was all excited until I saw that it was level 1. That's right, it could only capture Putis. Lame.

I just found out that the shopkeepers in the first town hate me... and I don't talk to them at all.

Is it because I sell them so much more than I buy (farming Puppy)?

After a couple days of playing, Brill is now in the green, and I've got a shop and ranch now.

Man, this game is easy, even if you have -80 Karma. And The Diablo.
