The Limbs on the battlefield are just effect further supported by the fact that the limbs are neither Dwarf or Orc... Oblivion also had arms laying around but lacked the ability to knock off limbs.

On a side note: All the dwarves have their arms... the one who looks like he doesn't is just has his hand blending in with his arm... I can even make out the fingers

Ah correct, I wasnt inspecting the screenshot carefully enough..
I dont know that limbs will be decorational or not, but they will be "removeable" if true. I try to find some more infos about this.

Well if there wont be enough blood in the official game, Im pretty sure that we will see gore mods, considering that the game itself will be very mod-friendly.

I hope there's a demo for this, though, because it looks really cool.

Blood Bowl is more like rugby in armor than actual American Football. The rules bend towards the more vicious sport.

This is the first I've ever seen about this new game... AWESOME.  Only time I've ever played it was on an old freewareish online thing.  And I like it a lot.

Wow... I loved this game... funny and a mixture of strategy and randomness that made it replayable.  Pity that the Championship wasn't longer.   I hope that this version is more like a championship manager when it comes to remembering seasons.  Not just one win-and-forget.
