if we don't have a sixth player by Wednesday, I will go ahead and create a NPC to be on green team with a1s.

OMG, green team?

Offering/requesting to be allowed to play a second character.

It would be Duh!'s sibling and 100% mutual hater of Duh! and cause of that long-ago arrow through Duh!'s right knee unless I'm told 'yes, but pick something unconnected'

It would probably also be wizard-like ... omg, yes.  Wizard needs food badly themes, gosh, that even has a song... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opOUwDc1O-Q  but I'd theme it not like the song, that's way too abstract.

I would follow instructions about interactions between Duh! and the other, if the other's allowed, but I'd absolutely ham up the little/big sibling energy in flavor if allowed!  They can yell at each other while mechanically doing what's right, if that's allowed and what our teams are eventually told to do.

I'd accept a 'no' from anyone currently in the game, 'cause this can potentially affect everyone and anyone might not like it.

Theme would instead be based around 'lizard wizard', because there's just not enough depth in the Wizard needs food badly concept to have fun with.

Each of us have created our own character sheets, independent as far as I know.

Since you can see your partner's sheet, I say feel free to create around it!  Welcome to the game, please do in and create!  My play feels more pure to me if I don't multi-char, but wanted to offer if there really was nothing but an NPC for Green team's partner.

Plus, I can't wait to play beside you again, Esteemed Hector13!  I miss the maf games here so much there are no words.  Other forum cultures are so strange to me!  More feels of home pleeeeeeeeease!!!!

That works for me. You’re just in a thousand games or so on the other mafia site so I thought you would prefer multiple roles here also.

I have been playing Phoenix Wright of late, and having a blast. That may have influenced decisions.

laughs and laughs and laughs until dies  Yeah, let's call it that!  I don't know if I'd prefer multiple roles.

I do know if I had to post here more than about 1x per day, I'd not keep up.  It's an awesome stress relief to come here and be all Duh! which is about all my brain has left.  And to be able to just single focus and be ridiculous and nobody yelling at me is just... great.

I could do the 1x twice, but it's better I don't, lest I end up Duh!ing in less amusing and successful ways.

Plus, I like you.  And others!  It's a better game with you here.  Thank you for offering!

Yes, I have a few finished games there now, including 1 not turbo!  So I know and can say that it's between not-terrible to good there, and I need more games and practice to really feel at home.

It took me 4 turbos to get past the 'omg this is awful' stage, and probably I need 4ish games there to get past that stage too.

As to maf with you, there or here, heck yesssssss!  But I haven't been assigned a champs prelim timeslot yet, and I intend to give that game my sole mafia attention, because at their volume of play... it's gonna matter.  I could handle about 1x per day visit here, and not spent catching up on a lot of posts.  Something like Duh! is perfect for me during an intense MU-speed game though, whew!))

I’d prefer to have a limit of one character per person, unless both characters would be on the same team and there is no other option.  Hence, the other option:

Weapon: A Colt Single Action Army revolver designed to look like a statue of “The Thinker”. Don’t think about it too hard.

A revolver some psycho decided would look good inside a statue.  You get to pick which side the bullets come out of.  3d4 damage, 4 turns worth of shooting inside, 1 turn reload.  You have enough bullets for three complete reloads.  +1 at close/melee range, -1 at longer ranges.  Gives an extra +2 to philosophy rolls. 

Gadget: A cellphone full of illicit contacts
It’s a phone.  With only a cellphone app.  It is filled with shady, one-word-name contacts named like “Knifers” and stuff.  Stupid phone.  At the beginning of every mission, you may use this to call your contacts and get something illegal delivered.  You don’t get to pick, although you can make suggestions, and it is almost always something you’d get arrested for carrying.

Before I attempt anything classy, can I ask if first aid's even possible?  I have an awesome sticky rope that could probably bind a wound closed, and I've got a hand I can clap to a wound and attempt to staunch bleeding.  There's pressure points for arteries as well, can perhaps stop the bleeding that way.

Is any of that potentially an option?

Also, dang.  Heavy armor for the win!  I must remember to place all my major arteries inside it if there is a future, Duh!
