I still don't understand your focus on a player who isn't even here.

Should town have had absolutely no focus on CM in your last game, while that one was banished?

Well, I kinda don't carry anymore. It seems like if Fallacy is town, then the game is likely over.  So I might as well just vote Fallacy myself so we can move on to the hypothetical Day 3.

When did you figure that out?
You've ignored the question.  Jack, how can we be "fairly sure that Fallacy is Town" based on that self-evident fact alone?

CM was at least present and had acted.

Tric was nonvotable on Day 1 and has now vanished. Maybe he did the kill! But the thing is, we literally can't know until he comes back, unless someone has some 'read the past' power.

I wouldn't be help with that, I'm vanilla town.

Yo, Fallacy. Care to actually do some scumhunting?
Vote sofanthiel or Crystal. I don't care. I'll join you.

You continue to make no sense.

You know what, blame me, you can vote yourself now.  I'm not really a fan of you being overly paranoid, and a good dirt nap isn't so bad!

Hold on, give me a few minutes first, sofanthiel isn't answering Jack's questions. We can wait for them to argue it out first at least.

So, if two of the players above are scum, then they win on Night 2.
Wait, I don't follow...  How does the above prove that Fallacy is one alignment or another?  Doesn't it just display that this is our last proper chance to eliminate a scum player?
Assuming for the sake of argument that you are town, you do deserve an explanation.
If Fallacy were scum, then pressure would be applied more evenly. He would either have a scumbuddy helping push in another direction, or town would likely be divided.  However, for this day the pressure has been almost exclusively on Fallacy. Hell, I'm at least as scummy as him, and nobody cared

..but this proves the scumteam is probably sofanthiel and Crystalizedmire. I certainly don't care if anyone answers anyone else's questions, because I'm town.

@Fallacy: As for the night kill, the most likely explanation is that Web did it.  I seem to recall a Zombie Revive ability where a player revives another player and that other player does the nightkill. Doesn't really matter if Web is a Zombie or Vampire, it would explain why he can't vote (either "no brain" and can't vote, or "can not go out during the day" and can't vote).  Web might not even be aware, although its likely he is now on a team with the person that revived him.

I assume there is a multi-action on one player. Which makes sense, especially for a one-off ability.

Anyone could have done the kill! An arbitrary number of bastard, multi-target, weird, roleblock-bypassing abilities have the potential to exist.

Basing the entirety of scumhunting on a manipulatable mechanic is a flawed notion.

Looking at behavior, Crystalizedmire, sofanthiel, and webadict are scummiest.
