The Unification Wars on Terra draw to a close. The only final great powers left for the Emperor's conquests are Hy Brasil and the Yndonesic Bloc, under the genocidal Ethnarch Cardinal Tang. The Imperial Palace, in the Himalayan Mountains freshly recovers from the Palace Coup, which saw the conspiracy of Grand Provost Marshal Uwoma Kandawire and Director Amar Astarte, alongside a few dozens of surviving Thunder Warriors, foiled by the Custodes and, for the first times, the Adeptus Astartes.

The Warp recovers from the birth of Slaanesh, in the ashes of the Eldar Empire. The massive Warp Storms that defined the Age of Strife are slowly receding. While Warp travel is not yet possible, it is expected to be reachable in mostly safe conditions within the century.

Elsewhere in the galaxy, the Cabal pulls its strings, continuing its eternal struggle against the Chaos. And while Humanity rises again, the first pieces are set in motion.

Turn 1 Actions: Spend 5 years training Diplomacy and Sense Motive taking both to 10.
Spend Next 4 years training Social Stealth and Stealth bring both up to 9.
Spend next 1 years Family Focused looking for a partner who shares in my goals and courting her once I've found a viable candidate.
Total years 10. Will potentially need a roll for finding said partner? Unsure how that works.
Attribute improvement this decade goes to Charisma. Improving to 9.

Verus will spend:
5 years improving his Blacksmithing and Toolmaking (5 -> 10)
5 more years learning and improving his Bionics (0 -> 10)

He also gains a point of Intelligence.

5 years training farming and construction taking both to 10

then im going to spend 5 more years for further training on how to farm taking it up to 15!

Also improve Ability by 1.

3 years training Architecture (0-6)
4 years training Machine Tool Engineering (0-8)
3 years making a home workshop with basic machine tools.  Aiming for human-sized / Average rarity.


Cost is 50, points added are 16,18, and 20, providing 54 and upping Machine Tool Engineering to 10.

5: Training Psyniscience and Social Stealth (5 -> 10)

1: Create power 'Lunar Telepathy' (Massive Effect, 2-4 Scale, NA Range = 7 Int)
Allows a psychic link and communication with a few targets at once, anywhere on the same celestial body.

1: Create power 'Rend Apart' (Massive Effect, Single Scale, Touch Range = 7 Int)
Touched target is wracked with countless tiny singularities, hopefully killing it and scattering its remains.

1: Use Lunar Telepathy to form a secret 'Chess Club' for rich nobles all over the world.
They get to feel special and do insider trading or whatever. And I skim some information off the top.

2: Recruit for Chess Club (5 Cha * 1.5 * 4 = 30 recruits)

+1 Willpower.

right then first turn.
three years double Sway local camp (medium organization)
Develop power purgation (Large effect, 1 target, touch range) violently destroy disease within the target, healing sick humans and harming creatures of plague
Develop power Incinerate (standard effect, 1 target, 5m range)  envelope a foe in flames
1-year sway Sway local camp and train (see below for sway math)

warp wielding. 5 >9
intelligence increase, 6>7

Despecho remembered being able to do, more, So much more. They remembered swarms of plague walkers dying at a glance, Putrid enforcers breaking before, her? him? of being able to walk into an overflowing field hospital and leave not a soul claimed by the rot lord. now? after a year of effort, they could with focus and care drive out the plague from a single patient. They had a long way to go, and plenty of hate to take them there.

Not yet ready to get moving with anything so going to hunker down for a decade and improve some things.

5 years: Split training Warp-Powered Crafting/Shipbuilding both to 10 (we all just really hate that uneven number don't we?)
1 year: Develop a power. Gravity hammer, empowers a strike of a heavy melee weapon with a highly localized gravitational distortion causing massive damage to a target. Massive effect, single target, touch range.

4 years: Train "Psychic Persuasion" as a skill to +8.

First I spend 3 double training years on raising my Persuasion skill from 5 to 10.5, then I spend the next 7 years double training on Persuasion as well to bring it up to 17.5

Take 5 years to train impersonate and charm to 10 by moving from place to place as a Cunopean noble scion a few years away from inheritance.
Spend the next 5 years infiltrating the local upper class, while also developing an ear for gossip. (sway for 30 and investigation 0->5)

While this is going on, notice a seemingly un-aging Loraxian Xendal, charm him into asking me out and accept his courtship. (Does this take a year of my efforts? Surely I can do this in my spare time.)
