Call over Quintina so that she can sell them IDK sailing tools or whatever.
Quintina will spend time producing expensive, hard-to-make tools useful for sailors - telescopes and other lens-using objects prominent among them - as well as extensive quantities of silk clothing, because that's probably both useful to these people and worth a lot of money. She also does some repairs to the ship with her x100 rate of working.

Rama uses his Nobility to intimidate some of the weaker-looking pirates into giving him information about the piracy organization.

The largest rumor among the pirate crew, is of course, that the village has multiple mighty inhabitants. From the freak storm that overcame the landing party to the fine goods that Seatree is trading, and sightings of a man just casually strolling under the water and a man with multiple arms walking around. The crew is afraid, and even the captain can be seen sweating underneath his controlled exterior.

Speaking of the captain, the crew is disgruntled at his behavior in pushing one of the slayers over the side to drown in the water. To do that and then not even plunder the town leaves a sour taste in the pirates mouths.

As for broader rumors, The Terror has been visiting a makeshift pirate fortress called the Black Cove, delivering captives and plunder there. Rumor is that a sorceror there is conducting some sort of experiment there for the Pirate Queen, but it is also a capable raiding base in its own right.

Also, last time they were in port they heard rumors of an ancient Aelvorn outpost was discovered by a Captain Selhorn, who had started looting the valuable site for a fortune.

Rama, his aura exuding nobility and several arms, found the crew awed by his presence and willing to talk about the Armada’s organization.

The Free Armada had its origins near half a century ago, as the rememants of the Republic and Vandire fleets threw off their chains and formed their haven, Freeport, out of a former Vandire island stronghold.

Out of the founding Pirate Lords, only Dreadskull still leads, with the Pirate Queen and Captain Montebar forming the triumvirate of the Lords council. Captains typically sweat to one lord or the other, though more independent captains are not unheard of.

-The Pirate Queen, claims to be the daughter of the Sea goddess Nyleth, is often considered to be the most powerful and influential leader, with the most captains (including Redfear) sworn to her.

-Dreadskull has a solid core of veteran captains in his service, and was a captain in the Republic navy before becoming Mighty and turning rogue.

-Captain Montebar is a dragon.

Quintina gets to work, producing vast quantities of silk clothing and a small crates worth of lenses and telescopes. Any doubt of her being one of the Mighty was erased as she then volunteered to restore The Terror to better than new condition in a matter of hours.

Being eager to depart, they rush about in preparing to leave, even leaving some few barrels of fish unloaded (they are sure to take the silk and lens craft, however). The people of Seatree are relived that they suffered no material harm, and even gained a crate of fine pottery at no cost to themselves!

Last opportunity for further actions in regards to pirates before they sail away! (Can still interact with the crew here, just they aren’t sticking around with an unknown number of Mighty hanging out.)

Spoiler: View of Seatree (click to show/hide)

Me messing around with maps and such. We can continue to edit it as it (potentially) grows and such under your administration. (Or maybe not!)
Also let me know where you would like to add the cannons, and what kind of firing platform they have!

Of course, tell the crew that if they or any other free armada ship comes around here again, they should bring something better to trade.

I am content to leave the threat unspoken.

Ask the pirates if they have any quests that need doing.

Dathuil waits until the officers are out of earshot and a good number of the common pirates can hear, then he plants his barbs.
"I'm surprised you put up with your boss. I hear Captain Redfear keeps more than his share of the loot. And what it must take to stay on your ship when I'm told the Terror is haunted by the ghosts of it's victims. If I were you I don't know if I could stand it."
Once the poison has been administered he tries to find the location of the Black Cove.

Upon being asked for a quest, a few of the pirates look befuddled, though one speaks up from the back.

“Ahh, we have that old cursed coin that got Tomas down in the hold.”

With a chorus of aye’s, the pirates bring out a shivering pale husk of a man, gripping a single gold coin. “

Capn wants nothing to do with him, would have thrown him overboard if we didn’t hid him in the hold. Anything you think you can do for him?”

Dathuil plants the rumors, which begin to fly among the crew with supernatural speed. By the dark looks and the mutters they throw Captain Redfear, one could figure he may not be long for his position.

As The Terror sails away, the villagers of Seatree cheer, and the tension that gripped them flows away like the tide. Little could they imagine a reprive like this, their oppressors passing over them with barely an inconvenience.

Attention soon turns to the Mighty who were their saviors, and they wonder what they might do.

Maralis and Sofen, Seatree’s aging loremaster, come to you.

Sofen, with a white beard and rheumy eyes, starts first.“We have heard of this Black Cove, it is only a couple days away by our fishing boats. We know tales of the prowess Mighty have, and if anyone could save our sons and daughters, it would be you.” He implores as he bows before you.

Maralis joins him and adds, “The whole of the village believe in you, whatever help you need we will provide it.”

Seatree defended! Gain +1 XP, and 1 Dominion point!

Seatree is in a poor state, with their youth taken by pirates. However, they still have their fishing vessels and the knowledge and experience of the local water. You have some time to prepare and dominion to spend! Dominion lets you make permanent changes to the world, and also grants experience when you expend it. Note, a vessel of some sort would be very helpful to you.

(Ideas for next mission: You could attempt to raid the Black Cove, either with strength, stealth, or guile. Or perhaps you could go after the artifacts. Or you could do some piracy yourself to get an Aetheric engine for your ship! (Cost 4 dominion to make a basic one that ensures constant propulsion. Your ship doesn’t necessarily need one, but it helps compete with the best ships out there. )

Cannons are helpful, but not enough to win a battle or raid on their own. Use dominion to train up some militia to defend the village.
Also use Influence to catch more fish.

Voting of course to go to the Black Cove and punch their shit up.

Peferctly good use of dominion, but I’d request that you describe how you use one of your aspects in making your dominion change. For example, a milita formed using the Sea aspect will probably look and act different from one made with a Spear aspect.

Regarding Tomas:
Rama looks cautiously into the eyes of the wretched wreck, then flares out his aura. In a tone that does not demand, but simply assumes, absolute obedience, he says, "Drop the coin."

Seco uses his Dominion to organize construction of a vessel for our motley crew, cutting through wood and waters all the same. Sword Aspected.
Additionally, he supports the raiding of the Black Cove.

"Aye. Striking first can only do us good, and the longer we wait, the more they'll know. If we act quickly, there may yet be hostages kept there to save."

With a rattling gasp, the embattled man drops the golden coin thoughtlessly, letting it thud into the wood of the dock.
With a cry he tries to grab it again, but his comrades grab him and drag him away from the coin despite his protests. Peering closer at the coin, it’s luster seems colder, shriller in the light of the afternoon sun. A grinning skull leers up at you.

“We found it on a smuggling ship we found beached from a storm. It was in a special box, Tomas opens it up and touches it and. . . he got like that.” One of the pirates chims in.
“Coin’s yours, if you want it. Don’t blame if you don’t want nothing to do with it either. Also, do you think you can help him at all, or do you think time away from that coin will do Tomas some good?”

Gathering together the fishing village, Cera-Sim begins training them to defend themselves from any future attacker. She focuses less on the any one specific technique and instead bolstering their belief in themselves and each other.

By the time they finish their training under Cera-Sim, they possess an unshakable morale, while not being particular skilled in the martial arts.   Gain Impassioned Militia [Tier 1]

(Going to be a little nit-picky, but Sword is a bit too distant from shipmaking to directly construct a ship. However, I would say that it could definitely be used to modify a ship, perhaps by creating  a prow for the ship that “cuts” the water.)

The night after the pirates were sent running, the village celebrates their good fortune. With fish throwing themselves into their nets, the mood is joyous and Sofen the loremaster declares a festival to celebrate their good fortune. Bonfires burn merrily on the beach, the few barrels of ale to be found in the town are brought out, and songs can be heard form anywhere on the island. Sofen and a few other elders share a quieter time beneath the winding branches of the Seatree with the wide-eyed children, and tell them of the sleeping god within the bark, who watched over and protected their ancestors long before the Republic came.

Optional: What do you do during the celebration?
