Hope raptors aren't considered intelligent animals that can divine where the gladiators are based purely on Scintilla's words.

Edit: move to face north of the glads before shouting, taking whatever position would be appropriate to view things in the north.  Scintilla's words should well be audible even if she's facing the wrong way, and this way it might confuse raptors.

Probably a safe bet. Intelligent animals wont comprehend the content, but generally shouting in a direction may imply a target listener.

Decades of experience with a wide variety of animals, as well as a general understanding of animal sapience, would disagree with that theory, but alright.  Action edited.  Thinking like this suits someone as young and disconnected as Scintilla, anyway; she lacks my knowledge and experiences.

grab the dagger.  If I dont get it, I tie my rope around my rock and turn it into a makeshift flail.  If I do get it, I do the above and I give said makeshift flail to the other guy trying to get the dagger

Given the setting, they're probably draconic descendants rather than honest to god dinosaurs, so their neurology are probably a bit different.
