The Commander moves to D5 and builds a Turret and a K-Bot Factory.
The Fabricator at D2 builds a Generator.
The Tank Factory at D2 builds a Fabricator.

My maths says you have 1 energy spare:

E4 has 2 mines (-1 x 2), 2 factories (-2 x 2) and the Commander (+3) for a -3 energy balance
E7 has 2 mines (-1 x 2)  and 1 factory (-2) for a -4 energy balance
E9 has 1 factory (-2), 1 mine (-1) and 1 storage (-1), plus 4 generators (+3 x 4) for a +8 energy balance.

In total you thus have a +1.

I can take that one away from you if you'd prefer though?

Oh, I made a mistake, I thought that since I had an energy draw of 13 before building the vehicle factory, and that a vehicle factory cost 2 energy upkeep, that I had 15 draw, I guess I want taking generators into account

Err, what? Were you showing me the wrong metal amounts then? Because in the status post directly before I posted my turn, it said I had 14 metal stored and a metal income of 8, which should have been enough? The K-Bot factory costed 8, the Generator 2, the Turret 4, and the Fabricator 4.
That's 14+8=22 Metal available this turn in total. 22-8=14-4=10-4=6-2=4.

So I should have 4 metal left over and enough to build everything?

You already gained the 8 metal at the beginning of the turn, as after your last turn you were at 6 metal. It's how Holy Circuit is at 24/20 metal at the moment.
