“Thank you, Overclockmaker”
Elra turns to Jack
“Do you have a proposal?”

Burt the lich with the deer's head, drives up to the others in a beat up brown station wagon.

The Overclockmaker looks at the vehicle as it drives into the area from the void and tilts its head slightly before straightening. It calls out to the driver. "Welcome to Techmos," it called out. "Who might you be?"

"I am Burt, I don't have a last name, I couldn't afford one."

"I see." The Overclockmaker tilted its head again, paused then straightened. "Well, in any case the world of Techmos is a new one and while I have an idea as to how I want it to be formed I have decided to allow sapient beings to assist me in the creation of Techmos. Would you be interested in assisting me?" The Overclockmaker said expectantly.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

How about people travel inside mechanical spheres that roll around different paths through and between buildings.

I like this idea. It certainly appeals to my interest in machines. Do you want to propose that immediately or would you prefer the world to be developed more?

I'll count that as a proposal.

I'll count that as a proposal.

2. Players make Proposals to change the laws of the game or the facts of the world. All proposals must be given a concise title by their proposer for referential purposes. When proposing the proposer must underline the first use of the proposal title. Proposals must be designated "Rule" or "Fact" in the proposal title. A Proposal is submitted by posting to the TNW thread.

This presumes that people and buildings exist. I think that more of the world should be made before we add vehicles into the mix. I also want more variety in transportation methods.

Directive: Make proposals related to the structure of the world regarding its life support and its organisms including how they survive. We need stuff related to the atmosphere, the biology of the world, and other such things.

Introducing what the ecosystem is like and how it works could be done in multiple ways and not all of them have to be based on baseline Earth. Magical ecosystems could be an option, for example. The choice of ecosystem could have profound effects on the technology that the world produces.

"People" is just a catch all for any sentient life(biological, mechanical, or otherwise). Buildings are just structures for the people. What ever shape they take.

Sentient or sapient? Animals and a few plants are sentient. Self-aware things, like humans, are sapient.

That sounds good enough to me. Accepted.
