Alright. Roboson, I have a question: Why did you change my vote? One doesn't have to vote for something to add it to the votebox; I was just adding options to it so that everyone is aware of what exactly has been proposed. And if I was, I'd have a vote appended to each name individually.

Welcome to The Society for the Secure Containment of the Paranormal.

After the collapse of the SCP Foundation the world was left without a safeguard to protect it from the countless unknowns we face each and every moment of our lives. With a ruined Foundation, some determined it was time to begin anew and so the SCP Society was founded in the United Kingdom. An explosion at an industrial facility in the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, which by "luck" nobody was killed in, was reported to have scattered toxins in the air and forced the town's evacuation, as well as the cordoning off of large portions of the surrounding Snowdonia National Park. The SCP Society made their way into the area and began construction of their first facilities. Now they seek to fill them.

Now that it is the Design Phase you are free to propose the creation of equipment for the Society's armory, which can be found below. Keep in mind that there is no Revision Phase like a standard Arms Race, so any changes made to existing equipment has to be done as a design action. In order to compensate for this, a design that falls within the scope of adjusting existing equipment will be relatively easy to do.

Future Integrated Soldier Technology Combat Uniform: The FIST is the UK's latest development in infantry equipment. It utilizes a helmet with integrated communications equipment and GPS locators. This allows squad leaders access to real-time positioning of their team through a handheld computer. Each soldier has a receiver computer the size of a cell phone for acquiring orders, images, and video at any time. The uniform constructed from materials that help prevent the wearer from appearing on thermal imaging devices. Body armor capable of resisting most small arms fire is included in the uniform.

Glock-17 Handgun: A reliable, accurate handgun that utilizes 9x19mm Parabellum ammunition. Has a magazine capacity of 17 rounds.

L85A3 Assault Rifle: An assault rifle with a bullpup design utilizing 5.56x45mm ammunition. A foregrip, laser sight, and flashlight come as standard attachments, and has access to 4x, red dot, and night vision sights. Rate of fire averages around 700 RPM, and has an effective firing range of around 600 meters.

Benelli M4 Shotgun: An Italian design that sees widespread use as the weapon is extremely reliable, capable of operating in all climate conditions. It fires 12-gauge buckshot and slugs, and can hold 7 rounds in the internal tube. Can utilize NV sights and has a collapsible butt-stock.

Mastiff PPV: The Mastiff Protected Patrol Vehicle is an armored infantry transport with a capacity of 2 people in the cab and up to 6 in the rear protective pod. It's unarmed, but armor is sufficient to protect those inside from a wide variety of external threats. Can reach 105km/h.

AgustaWestland AW101: A transport and utility helicopter powered by three turboshaft engines and capable of operation in extreme weather conditions. It is capable of transporting 24 personnel, or a mix of men, a (relatively) small vehicle, and/or anomalies. It has a cruising speed of 278km/h.

Airbus A400M Atlas: The Atlas acts to extend the reach of the SCP Society, allowing the deployment of manpower and material across great distances. The massive cargo compartment can transport over 100 men and women, however due to the nature of SCP operations it is often used to transport vehicles and anomalies.

"D-class" Remote Scouting Drone

A small scale rotary blade unmanned aerial vehicle equipped with 360 degree sensors, a backup automated control system, ejectable black box and self destruct explosive charge.  It is primarily used for reconnaissance either as a preliminarily scout or in support of a field team.  It is controlled by a specialist on the ground or remaining in the deployment vehicle, the control system is integrated into the FIST.  It can fit in the AgustaWestland AW101 or the Mastiff PPV although it will be a tight fit in the Mastiff.

Right. Delayed this far too long (have been busy, sorry), so I'll toss my vote now.
Honestly, 'Special Ammunition' just feels too ill defined for me, I mean, we don't need to write an essay and a half for a design... But having more than 23 words would be nice.

For the Drone, having eyes in the sky can be helpful; could allow us to keep tabs on the anomalies, prevent ambush, and we all know those anomalies that react to looking at them, and having a way to remotely view might allow us to exploit quirks in the specifics. Maybe. Some don't care if the viewing is done with the Mk1 Eyeball or if done through a TV screen fed info from a drone, for good or for ill.
