IIRC, 'やれやれだぜ' doesn't have a real translation. やれやれ is kind of like an onomatopoeia, it doesn't have a meaning like a regular word, but instead signifies annoyance. だぜ is just a form of desu, a gramatical thingamajing that ends the sentence.

It's the catchphrase of Jotaro Kujo from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

The silvertongue thing isn't even that bad. Any item that legitimately grants stats or skills like that should be expensive.

Also, it's not really equivalent to a skill level at all - those just increase your die size whereas this gives an actual bonus, presumably preventing crit-fails in that area.

It sais +1 level of speech skill, not +1 to speech rolls. I guess that's a bit ambiguous.

It's quite possible, if you buy the resurrection item and your stuff doesn't get stolen while you are dead.  Just gotta do the former first.

Yes, But Kit has been role playing as if his guy is effectively immortal without the purchases, such that everything carries over from one character to the next - memories, skills, possessions. Effectively eliminating death as a consequential event for his character, without IC justifications.

If that's what PW intends for these highly disposable characters, fine, but just to come in and declare yourself immortal, irrespective of the game mechanics that say otherwise, well, that's a different story.
