I wonder if you guys (current playas) would be OK with:

A) Not including Emperor/Empire mechanics this time?
B) Forego waiting for Palatinate/Bavaria/Austria players and start already?

I'd be happy to just start the game and have the remaining spots be active NPCs that players can choose to join as at a later date if they so wish.
