Nah, actually after overcoming withdrawal, sober dwarves become much more focused and productive. They even start practicing meditation, which makes them immune to stress. Eventually, after the rest of the fortress is wiped out by corpse hauling induced insanity, all that will remain are enlightened, peaceful, sober dwarves.
Who obviously ignore all the insane orders that the player gives them.

I just wanna take a sec to thank all y'all for still visiting and submitting to this dumb thread.  When I first started this as a joke, I didn't think anyone would actually reply.  Now, I can gaze lovingly down at this steaming, roiling pile of confusing, contrived, lewd, vulgar, disgusting, hilarious suggestions and know that, for better or worse, I helped make it all happen.  Thank you, and keep those terrible suggestions rolling in!

At 100 dwarves, a big ugly worm comes with the migrant wave. It doesn't do anything special, it's just there to hang out.

It will keep implementing bad suggestions into this fortress, then he current world, then the whole DF program, and eventually the whole computer will be corrupted with bad suggestions and then ultimately breaks down.

Using the new creature spawning mechanics, blob-type creatures are given the ability to multiply during gameplay.  This includes blob-type titans and forgotten beasts.

I am inevitable (unless you keep the pop cap low).
Suggestion: migrants keep rolling in regardless of pop cap.  They say they're "just visiting, heard you had a nice place, wanted to see what the fuss was about", but they never actually leave.

In addition to werecreatures, we should get wereconcepts, with sentients turning into a concept such as light, poetry or wealth every new moon.

someone who turns into a werecincept might turn into a poem book that eats those who get too close
