So what's the difference between a new map and expanding the current map but starting from scratch?

new map mean a complete fresh start, expanding but starting from scratch mean the map grows and we start from AD 1000 again.

Then I say we Expand and start from scratch. I still pay (a little) attention to this game.

So what I am seeing is that you guys defiantly want to expand.
So are you:
A)starting from scratch
B)or not.
 
Also I will give you a choice:
1)all of Europe(this game will probably not end as soon as the last one but will take a long time),
2)just western Europe(this includes down to Hispania, over to Italia in the south, to Sweden in the North,and the German countries in the middle(Germany and Austria))
3)just the western seaboard(this includes all of Francia, and Hispania)
4)just the northwestern seaboard(includes all the way to Sweden in the northern most and Germania in the south)
5)some other amalgamation(write in(please at least make them connected))

It looks like everyone is saying start over and on this thread now you all need to agree on what part of Europe. I'll leave this voting going until later tonight or tomorrow.

I would prefer if we didn't start over so that the winner of the game's achievements weren't completely and utterly pointless, but oh well.

Well inresponse:

10)Start as Kingdoms(this will be the know kingdoms of the time)
20)Start as Dukes(you know how this goes)
30)Stat as Counts(It will be a long road)
regardless of choice there will be at least 1 non player kingdom. I will be having the non player kings, dukes, counts, and, eventually, emperors be somewhat active.

Also some of the mechanics will be changing.
