Now, as for exact numbers, well...
I know little about the potential roles in this BYOR, so I am playing paranoid and saying that Town loses when it is equal to or less that the number of Evils (Not just Scum/Mafia, but lone wolves like the ToS Serial Killer). We started this round with 10 players. If two Town die, I consider the Town to have lost by my logic.

Note: I know that when Town is the same as Evils, it is still possible for Town to come back - The example SK could take down a Mafia member while Mafia hits some kind of roadblock. Consider these odds microscopic like they easily are.

Another Note: I will be using Scum and Mafia interchangeably, as I was trained on Town of Salem. They mean the same thing here: the hooligans who want Town dead.

Aside from that, If we assume you are telling the truth, and Nirur is also correct in their earlier statement that TricMagic balanced the game so town doesn’t lose after N1, and there are 3 scum, there is at most 7 town.

You are not allowed to say numbers, but if I were to say there are 3 scum, 4 townies, 1 evil third-party and... well, presumably two benign third parties, would you be able to confirm? That would make sense to me if you think there are three scum and are worried about town equaling the evils.

When everyone has a role, I'd guess 3. Probably an independent or two, but with only 10 players there's probably not a serial killer. Maybe a one-shot kill role.

To answer your actual question:
It's me, regardless of alignment. 'Gambits' don't really phase me though, because I don't really draw a distinction between them and normal play, so this is maybe a poor way of describing it. Gambits generally require a lot of activity and I like to write huge walls of text, which is the main reason they're more accessible to me than to most people.
Webadict is confident enough that he could do anything but he's busy and barely here so I'm not expecting anything crazy from him. That's not to say I'm not expecting that anything he does will not be crazy, just that there's probably not going to be much that he does. Crazy things take a lot of work to make useful and he's not yet committed to doing that much.
ToS players I expect will come up with some saucy information related plays as town, and I fully expect them to try wackier things as scum. I can virtually guarantee they'll falseclaim as scum though.
Better players (IcyTea, Hector, Toma) who aren't wuba/dol-ores are probably going to play straightlaced D1 because of the uncertainty regarding a lot of the players here.
Nirur doesn't understand how to play a gambit. Trying to engage with him in that sort of dialogue would be like talking to leafsn- a brick wall.

Hector13's actually a good player, unlike a lot of other people, so nothing he's done so far makes me think he's not scum or just not not town in general, but he's done the most work in the thread so far to generate content. That's the main measure of towniness, and so far he's winning. He's certainly the player I least want to lynch (I'm unlynchable, IcyTea needs to post more).
Nirur is playing a town game (it's running against town interests because he's fucking atrocious at mafia but eh at least it's making him readable) but I assume he plays similarly enough as town and scum that I won't be able to read him until I deep-dive his post history in other mafia games. I'll tell you once I've done that whether or not he's town, but if he is he's probably going to continue to be a huge pain in the ass regardless.

But only in terms of 'town and scum both don't want to get lynched'. The only people with an extra incentive to dodge the lynch are those who can't be killed or some on-target night power (war vets etc.) and I guess an sk cos it's game over.
