Well, if they haven't shared that secret with anyone, I don't think they'll offer it to me. Still, they might be willing to at least point me in the right direction, so it might be worth a shot.

Leveled up
Strength goes up to 11 (Kara is becoming buff birb. Admire buff birb muscles.)
Endurance to 10

A bit sad I didn't keep enough flame for Polyantha Ret to sell me the secret that would help me to regain my arm, but I think all the loot we got for trading it to the Ethral instead is worth it. Plus the potential future developments it might trigger or the things the Ethral might tell us about it.

Go through the Crystal People history/library tablets we acquired. First off see if I can discern anything about the antediluvians.

Do the statues of the Antediluvians I have look like the ones I saw building the messenger path?
Were they more of a "normal" race that traded, had culture and wanted things or were they always seemingly mindless servants of some unknown master that the Cthonics call The Dark Flame?
Did they still create messenger paths and cists so far into the past? Or did they build other kinds of megastructures, secret things we might have not yet found?
Did the Crystal overmind had any sort of relationship with them or did it just avoid them?

The tablets are supposed to be dry history but by reading between the lines I might be able to learn more about their character.

Not that I'm complaining, but Nyw only had +2 murakumo skill with no skillpoints spent.  The rules say that we need three crits or three skill points to go from +2 to +3, so he's only 1/3 of the way to +3. I'll totally just take the skillup if you wanna change that rule though, more weapon skill might come in awfully handy right here. O,O

”I’m not entirely sure why these people are after you, or why you are after them, I am curious about what kind of magic is used on one of the boxes you have and what you have inside it. Based on what I’ve just seen, you are excellent divers. Maybe instead of killing each other, we can trade knowledge?”
Talk to the cultists and try to understand why they are after the group. It is good to understand both sides of the battle

((My action got skipped))

If I'm in the courtyard with the others, use the moonblade's magic against the human with the pike and instruct my phantom to attack the mole.

If I'm not, go there and do the above.

Spoiler: Alex Wells (click to show/hide)
Get into cover!

Once there, yell on the radio to our teammates so they know what's going on and where we are. Then take some more potshots with my rifle. Focus first on the humans that are still a threat.

Order my crystal boyo to sneak around to the side, then tackle one of the enemies, preferably to the back of their knee or something.

((ah, sorry then  I thought you had 2/3. Well, 1/3 then.))
((I'm not sure who your "Crystal Boyo" is because there's nothing in your character sheet about it.))

Nyw is the first up, charging back in at the shockwave maker.
[17]
The diver attempts to backpedal but can't get entirely out of the way.  The slash hits him shallow, cutting a long but minor gash from one shoulder and across his chest. Adam basically falls off the wall and then scrambles back inside the building, taking cover in the doorway. He radios the rest of the team in a rather quick and panicked way before attempting to gun down the humans.
[14]
He fires half blind, peeking out only a little and shooting without much time to aim. The shots miss their targets, but luckily also miss Nyw.
[20]
Rhea attempts to speak with the cultists, but even shouting they either don't hear her or just ignore her.
[2]
Alex runs out onto the battlefield and swings his moon blade like a baseball bat, hurling a glowing blade of energy at the woman with the pike. The blade slams into her and there's a shimmer of light from a dive enchantment activating. It seems to somewhat break up the energy of the blade but the blow still carries her 10 feet into the side of the crawler,  flips her up and over it, and drops her somewhere behind it and out of sight.

The man fighting Nyw apparently attempts a dive but fails,  the shockwave coming out as nothing more than a sort of mild gust of wind. The other man, the one working on the crawler, recovers from his failing before. He places his hands on the crawler and for an instant it seems to go semi-transparent. He lifts it out of the ground, seemingly without disturbing the stone and then drops it back to the ground, the vehicle becoming corporeal again as it falls. Without a word runs around to the other side of the crawler and disappears behind it. The two handcuffed moths join him and the other two moths from earlier behind the crawler.

The mole grabs the last human, the shockwave maker, by the collar and leaps backwards, flying a good 8 vertical feet and landing on top of the crawler. With his free hand he slashes at the air with his digging claws. However, rather than aiming at the team he throws the attack high, aiming instead at the cables and stone holding up this building. The blow doesn't cut through them all, but it cleaves cables and hacks a deep gash in the stone. The entire building begins to list heavily to one side and sharp crackling and whining of straining cables and crumbing stone echoes all around them.

Step 1: get close enough to the fight so that I don't have any disadvantage to my stoneforming
Step 2: initiate operation 'the hills have teeth'. If any of the enemies try and take over behind anything rocky, make their cover explode like a claymore mine towards them. If they stand still, make the ground swallow up their feet and crush them. If neither of these happen, just make spikes come out of the ground and skewer them or do the shotgun pellets trick from last fight again.

Should I sense one of my comrades coming under heavy fire, make them some chest high walls to hide behind.

Spoiler: Clate (click to show/hide)
[2][18]
Clate comes rolling out to the battlefield like a boulder and attempts to detonate the stone beneath the crawler and its hostile owners. However, nothing much more than a few small cracks appear in the rock.

[3]
Everything you can find on the Antediluvians appears to confirm that not only have they been here for a very long time, but that they are effectively unchanged in all that time. Even in the oldest records of the crystal people, there is still mention of things that you believe are are Messengers, Antediluvian, and other artifacts of the faith. There are mentions of what appear to be "Saints" though they are apparently made of other beings. That is, they aren't humans. They're the races that existed at the time. There are even mentions of the Cists, albeit the things in them are different. However the interesting part is that there is no mention of Diving or anything akin to it. There is communion, but it seems...far weaker?  And the overall state of the Antediluvians and the various actions of the divine in the underground is greatly diminished from what it is today. The appear to be rarities and only found very deep underground.

As per the crystal's opinion of them, its mostly not talked about but there is exactly one passage that is interesting. It refers to the antediluvians as "Lost/abandoned Children/servants" of a "Wandering" being.

Fire off another blade of energy at the mole, then head to the nearest walkway.

Is the whole building as well as the platform where the crawler is on being held up by those cables? Or is there an area here that is more stable and not in danger of falling into magma should the building come down? If yes, try to move to that more stable area, though try to still keep distance from the enemy.

Potential dive to attack moleboy pending. If I don't manage to edit it in before the turn rolls around, just keep supporting with rifle.

EDIT: If Clate manages to stabilize the building so it's not at immediate risk of falling, stay in cover. Otherwise move for the nearest spot with more secure footing, though try to avoid getting to close to the enemy while doing so and avoid attracting their attention (+2 stealth, by the way).

Then, if the enemy mole is still a threat after my teammates have attacked him, take a silent night to roll at advantage and perform the following dive:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

If the mole is no longer an active threat, then just support with my rifle again.

If there's any chance I can make it to the police station with the bore or the crawler in time to help, then do so.
First order of business is supporting the police station so that it doesn't fall and kill everyone inside, if that's at all possible. Otherwise, help evacuate as many non-Ethral people as possible (or any Ethral that can't fly for whatever reason). Instruct the Ethral that can fly to jump out the windows and use their wings to get to safety.

Otherwise, I found some small colourful gems in the ruins that appeared interconnected somehow to Yagyu's sight.
See if there's anything about them in any of the tablets we got. If not, then find some remote place I could experiment without endangering others and with low likelihood of being mugged and experiment with them. Make shapes with them. Talk to them. Try putting them in as ammunition in the Crystal energy weapon. Throw one onto another. Lick them. Listen to them. Throw some gold at them. Will them to talk to me. Will them to fire lasers or explode.

The plan:

Crystal babies:
Baby 2 and 5 are to fire upon the moleman
baby 7, the snake golem, is to flank and get inside the crawler and attack the driver/anyone who gets in its way. If getting inside isn't possible, attack whatever enemy is outside of the crawler.

Clate:
If Moleman manages/managed to destabilize the building/platform we are on enought that it's at risk of falling, use stoneforming to stabilize it/keep it up.
If the building/platform is not at risk of falling, use stoneforming to root the crawler in place like last time. If fuckboy tries to magically unroot it again, stoneform a bunch of high velocity rocks at them.

Play Shape Steel on my bone fretted haunted electric guitar. attempt to flow the structure of the Bore into a more sturdy internal shape - moving supports and reinforcing them into position around the DoomBall. For basic shape, think geodesic Sphere.

This is here for stats.
[19 + 2 + 13 + 10]

[7 + 11 + 4 + 5]
The first two golems set themselves and, after a moment of charging, fire two tightly constricted beams of light into the mole. There is a shimmer of a dive activating but it then shatters like glass, glowing fragments spinning off into the air. The mole stands there for a moment more and looks down at the smoldering holes in its chest.  And then it smiles a sawtoothed grin.  He tumbles limply off the top of the crawler as the Crystal snake dives inside. You can't be exactly sure what it does in there but you hear screaming.

You take the time while all this is happening to turn to the stalactite the police station is hanging from and attempt to mend the gash the mole just cut in it. With a thought the stone flows like water and the gash closes; not perfectly, it is mottled and smooth like a scar, but its old strength is back.

[14 + 6 + 3 + 13 + 12 + 16 + 3+14]

The body of the mole suddenly glows red, then orange, then white and there is a tremendous suction sound before the body detonates, taking most of the far end of the courtyard with it.  The Crawler is crushed like a tin can and gets hurled off, tumbling down into the lava below.

Clate, along with his two shooter babies, gets cannonballed straight through the wall of the police station. Luckily his crystalline nature means he is effectively unharmed.

Alex, still back in the doorway, catches a bowling ball sized chunk of courtyard paving stone dead on in his sternum. With a wet crunch he goes flying back, tumbling end over end before coming to a halt 10 or so feet back, chest half caved in.

Rhea, close to the blast, is lifted on the shockwave. She avoids being hit by shrapnel but is thrown a good 25 feet in an arc. As she reaches the apex of this arc, it becomes extremely clear that the end point of her flight is going to be quite far off the courtyard, falling hundreds of feet to the magma below.

Nyw not only survives the blast but he doesn't even fall over. An instant after the detonation he comes rocketing out of the smoke and debris, sliding backwards at high speed, feet still firmly planted to the ground and throwing sparks like a grindstone.  He flies all the way back into the wall of the police station and batters straight through it. A few moments later and he lurches back out of the cloud of plaster dust his impact raised, sword held in both hands, scanning for targets.

Adam, unfortunately, was behind the wall Nyw hit. He's nowhere near as injured as Alex is, but he's still badly concussed, half buried under rubble, and can't feel one of his legs.

Wait, I'm not sure what crystals these are. Are they the lens of the telescope that sees through walls? Crystals that Yagyu can't see because of his "Magic Blindness" or what? Can ya link me where they came from? We can tinker them in Discord for faster work too.
