Mavnon, no.

Eris, Discordia, I assure you, I was not the one to take those actions. It was Inanis and his harebrained scheme that caused this mess. I had no part in making any of it happen. In fact, I told him not to go through with it because I suspected something like this might happen.

"Acter, what the fuck did you just do?! And now you're a Primordial God? This has to be a joke, right?!" "...Whatever that was, it wasn't pretty. You damaged Ema. I don't know why would you do that to Ema just for power or essence, but I'll stop your plans, whatever they are!" "This was part of that plan you had with Innanis, right? I bet you're going to try to blame Innanis for it, but I know it was you!" "Yet, we can't do anything because of our status as a minor god. We need to unite the godd to fix the damage and whatever future plans this Acter guy has!"
"Leave him be, idiots. I am responsible.

if you wish to vent your rage on someone, Vent it on me. I was the one who caused this, he was merely the beneficiary of my plan. Any damages cause are my fault and mine alone."

This is rather unpleasant.... and a Primordial in tow. I am deeply troubled. Please do not destroy what has been made. Being productive we can change this situation into a more positive one.

What, then?

"Simple. We give them a dreamworld. We offer up mortals this deal: they eat a cookie, their mortal bodies go into sleep, and their soul-mind ascends into the world of dreams which is a full-on paradise. We'll of course offer them a month's trial so they can decide if they like living in a complete paradise and there's no consequence for leaving the dreamworld within that trial period. This removes them from the world and doing all this mortal activity. That should eradicate most of the population easily. Furthermore, this Dreamworld will function as an Afterlife for all souls."

"We would then need to consider other sources of Strain."

Interesting definition of improvement when one of you speaks of taking away souls belonging to the patron gods.

"Innanis, it's not your fault that Acter wants to do genocide of the mortals with that power! Do you really think that destroying what everything has been working on in an instant to be a good plan?!" "Please, if you want to help don't do anything! You are just increasing the Strain! You're killing Ema!"

Immortality like that would be even more game breaking than four Aaron's in one place.
You're both so obviously scum that this is a surprisingly difficult decision.

Have you not been paying attention? Acter is opposed to harming mortals in any way, shape or form! Mavnon is the one who wishes to bring death to the world, not Acter!"

Mavnon, no. That sounds like it would be ripe for abuse - for example, what if someone decides that they're going to change the dream world into a nightmare world, trapping all those who came for paradise inside? Besides, mortals may cause some amounts of Strain, but A. they are not the problem hat caused all this Strain - I'd like to note that Ema had bean at low-medium Strain before - and B. mortals are what make the world interesting.

- -
Tachyon, I assure you, I have common sense, and I do want to help make things better. I'd gladly give away my Primordial status if it meant that Ema would be fine, but I don't know of any way to make that happen.

- -
Discordia, I understand that you thrive on making conflict between people that should by all rights be friends and allies, but can we please not deal with that kind of crap right now?

"You people...seem to have lost your marbles. Which is odd. No one's created marbles. This is merely a suggestion to the now seemingly Great and Powerful Actor, not enacted policy. Dears above, you people..."

"I'm bloody glad none of you are journalists, that's for sure. Dears, you'd all be horrid at it. Fit only for the yellow papers and pinks, you lot are."

"Easy. Divide the Dreamworld into separate Dreams for each person."

"And yes dear, I concede that mortals aren't the biggest issue...but it is a good start. I'm not advocating their complete removal, just a limitation on their numbers. After all, you don't want your garden with too many rafflesia now, do you?"

Mavnon, I'm not making a dreamworld, or at least not one that leaves the mortals inside for the rest of eternity. Stop asking.
