I'd heard what your name was. Just because you didn't see me when you walked in doesn't mean I wasn't there.

As for the races... gimme a moment, there's a lot.

Spoiler: The Races (click to show/hide)

-Fanelians-

Pretty sure these were the first people around. Muscular, pitch-black, roughly humanoid, and had a closed eye on their "solar plexus" (their stomach. It's ontheir stomach.) They had some kind of energy-generating organ inside their bodies.
They were one of the largest races, and had a number of powerful civilizations. There was the Kingdom of Akrathia (also populated by Imps; I'll get to them later), the Forut Republic, the Herati Empire, the Kingdom of Alomet, the Daikaros Kingdom, and Karos, "The One Empire of Peace". Akrathians were builders, the Forut sailed the Sea of Fire and Glass - made of magma, mind you - and had excellent tech, the Herati were the only ones to get magic figured out after it broke when the gods left, the Alomet were explorers and warriors of the sands, the Daikaros were honorable knights, and the Karos were a bunch of stagnant theocratic assholes that none of the other Fanelians liked, and got thoroughly beaten by an alliance of the Forut, the Alomet, and the Daikaros.

-Andilauss-

Started out pretty, got prettier and smarter as time went on. Only country is the Nation of Nefer. Primarily artists of every variety, with a fair mix of traders in there too. They had a few bits of magic that allowed them to maintain youth and such. They're allied with the Tardigradi.
Mind you, if you're thinking handsome men and women, stop. They're small, and have been described as " stooped hairless weasel-apes with ivory skin". This being said, it's imporant to note that they need neither air nor water; they live off of the radiated essences of the world and the stars.

-Tardigradi-

They're... alright, do you know what a Tardigrade is? Commonly known as water bears? They're relatively humanoid versions of those. They use their hind four limbs as legs and their front ones as arms, and have six fingers. They're... they're just kinda weird. If you want info on what they look like, just go look at Tes. It'll be easier.
They've got five castes, or did last I heard. These are the Shapers - basic workers, they can produce a cement-like substance for construction or tool-making - the Soldiers - exactly what they sound like, but also occasionally used for heavy-duty jobs the Shapers can't do - the Oracles - every kind of scholar or member of higher education you can think of, almost all female - the Drones - males whose two purposes in life are to have children with and protect their Queen, and are very good at both jobs - and the Queens - the leaders, who are long-lived and always swollen with eggs. Unless a Tardigradi is a Queen, they don't live very long.
They only have one country - Thala - but it's accepted by all as the strongest and most important one in the world. Supposedly, a prophecy says that in time of need, Reyginaga would send the Probabilistic Tesseract to the Tardagradi. This hasn't happened yet.

-The Keepers of the Pillar, and associated Servants-

Let's start with the fact that these mates were guarding the god-proof "pillar" that extended from the deep pit in the ground that held the Primordial One up until the beginning of the Age of Discord, and had been forever tasked with preventing anyone from getting in or out of that area. At the dawn of the Age of Mortals, they were released from this duty, but many of them stayed, and formed Erce. Those that didn't became nomads, until they were eventually absorbed into the many countries across the world.
The people of Erce kind of abandoned their posts once the ancient god started clambering out of the pit they were watching, and many died in the earthquake. I think you'll find this understandable.
As for what they're actually like, well, if you absolutely must play as a human, these are your guys. They look essentially like humans. Main difference is that they have a good sense of direction, distance, and the passage of time. They've also got an innate sense of where the pillar was - though that's kinda moot now, as it no longer exists. That pillar, god-proof as it was, was what kept the Primordial One trapped.

Meanwhile, they lived side-by-side with the Telugorath, the time elementals. They're purple and basically the same size as a Keeper. They've got short-range prescience, but it should be noted that they're relatively easy to break.

-Forenings-

...I guess the best way to describe these guys is "raceless". They could breed with any of the other races, and picked up their traits as they did so. They never had their own home country.
For the most part, don't play as these guys. It's easier to just say that your character is of one of the other races, but with Forening ancestry. If your character happens to be both very smart and very pretty, and they're not an Andilauss, they almost certainly have a couple Forenings on their family tree.

-The Lungs and the Rifja-

Lungs are sea serpents with tentacles, Rifja are coral hiveminds that can move, albeit slowly, and know magic. They Rifja had been enslaved to the Lungs, but used magic to kick them out of their ocean. The most powerful and wise Rifja is the Archmage, rumored to be "I", the one that taught the Rifja magic and defended the seas from the creatures of the depths. At the end of the Age of Mortals, there were a lot of Lung and Rifja countries.
I wouldn't suggest playing as either of these. They live underwater, and unless everyone wanted to be these, it wouldn't work.

-The Spruce and the Kikaket-

At the start of the world, the Keepers had Bowed Trees, which defied gravity. And soon afterward, some of the Bowed Trees were taken by another god and used to make the Spruce. The Spruce were a lot like ents, though in a bird-like shape, and due to the properties of the Bowed Trees, they were able to fly. They lived in the City of Silver Skies, and were the first to rediscover magic after the end of the Age of Gods, with the exception of I the Rifja. They were also known for their scientific knowledge, and, as a general rule, were peaceful intellectuals.
The City itself is known as a cosmopolitan place of knowledge and Improvement, though it was occasionally occupied by hostile parties.
The Kikaket were one of the ex-Servant races; those of the City were hard workers, and got along well with the Spruce, though there was a small subset of them that prefered violence. Those ones went off to the desert, and formed a legendary group of assassins and mercenaries. They could take any appearance they wanted to, but they always had a very spirit-y, glowy look. They could make plants grow faster, as well as bring good luck.
There's also an unnamed raceex-Servants living in the city, that acts mostly as advisors, as well as a temple-like building called the Advisor that could give the advice that one of the old gods would have given, if asked.

-Rhacidae-

Combination bird dinosaurs. Bipedal. Think velociraptors, if velociraptors were sentient and could use tools. Their beaks have teeth in them. They're generally well-known for their physical abilities.
They had a powerful civilization once - the Allondite Empire - but it fell when their guardian, Allond, entered an eternal slumber. Since then, they've fallen to just become a bunch of normal kingdoms, centered around the giant tree they had once colonized. They pretty much all live in the north.

-Robi-

Tall, reptilian humanoids, with a distinct resemblance to flowering plants. Their skin is strong, but they're extremely sensitive to hot and cold temperatures. They don't actually have eyes, either; they sense everything by way of sensing vibrations with their scales, as well as feeling stuff like temperature and humidity. Also, they can't feel pain (make sure to think through everything about this fact if you want to play as them). Their saliva contains mild poisons.
These guys are the ones that filled in the power vacuum when the Rhacidae Allondite Empire fell, though they also eventually fell apart, due to overextension and raids from the norther Rhacidae. There's a lot of countries with these guys, and not constricted to their place of origin.

-Imps-

These guys used to be a race of servants; they're... well... they were red, had the lower body of an octopus, had one eye, and a creepy jagged mouth. They just liked to build, though. They all moved to Akrathia when the Age of Gods ended.

I... believe that was everything.

Name: Eris & Discordia, the twin goddess.
Class: Other One of Alteration
Appearance: When they're both together, they can "take" their true form as a winged, two headed snake of golden and silver scales. The left head has red eyes and calls herself Eris, the right head has blue eyes and calls herself Discordia. They dislike sharing bodies and constantly fight for control over it, so most of the time they take individual bodies and use these to interact with others. Eris likes to wear greek clothing and Discordia enjoys using roman clothing. Both of them wear capes with their identifying colors (Red for Eris, Blue for Discordia), but other than their hair and eyes, they look exactly the same. These are but an illusion, as one can notice that (out of their realm) they are always very close together, as if some unseen force made them inseparable (Or an invisible snake neck kept both heads from separaring). But while in their realm, these illusions become more physical and gain the ability to distance from each other.
Since they hate their snake body, they always use their humanoid illusions while keeping their true body hidden. Eris is very hot-headed and impulsive while Discordia is cold-hearted and methodical.
Realm Style: Their Realm is constantly changing because of their chaotic and conflicting nature, but most of the time is either a mashup of ancient marble ruins and temples in the middle of a desolated battleground filled with broken weapons or a modern, albeit untidy, apartament or house which someone apparently hasn't cleaned in months and probably should be taking out the trash instead of falling asleep in the sofa (That someone is Eris.) (Hey, I swear I'm going to do it later!) (You're breaking the fourth wall again, Eris.)
Spheres: Chaos, of course. Eris represents the random and confusing part of Chaos while Discordia represents the conflicting and dissonant part of Chaos.

Hmn? Eh, I've had some decent experiences with some. Rexilium and I once made a budding utopia on a moon together, though the universe kinda stagnated and froze a while after that.
