Myrtle decides to use her STEALTH ASSASSIN POWERS to stealthily jump up into a tree to see over the wall to get some kind of an idea of what's over there.
Guard 1:
"What was that?" Guard 2:
"Huh?" Guard 1:
"...Thought I heard something. Just the wind, I guess." Whew... Stuff like this used to be easier when Myrtle was younger. She momentarily has a flashback of her days of hopping from roof to roof during the night, easily evading capture from dozens of guards. Now it even takes quite a bit of effort for her to get up a tree.
She takes a look over the fence, surveying the estate.
Looks like there is one main building, with a wing on each side. The building has one main entrance, and at least one side entrance on each wing. Possibly one or more entrances in the back as well. There is also an odd-looking botanical greenhouse of sorts outside the building. She can see a few guards patrolling around, but it's hard to say how many guards there are inside the building.
Myrtle decides that the best way to approach this is to dress up as one of the estate workers in order to get in and further assess the situation.
She makes her way down the tree and heads home to put on her disguise.
A little later...
Myrtle soon returns to the estate wearing her disguise and carrying a box of cookies to give to the guards. She then approaches the gate.
"Halt! What is your business here?" One of the guards demands of Myrtle.
"Oh, I am just coming to work. I'm running a little late--my body's not as fit for all this walking as it once was." Myrtle replies.
The guard steps up to her, studying her with slight skepticism.
"What's that you got there?" "Oh, these are some cookies. You boys are welcome to them if you like." Myrtle opens the box, offering it to the guards.
The guard chuckles and takes the box. He then motions for his partner to come over as he picks up a cookie and takes a bite, looking quite satisfied.
The other guard comes over and takes a cookie as well.
"Well ma'am, we really appreciate this. Guard dutying can be really taxing. Snacks like these are just what we needed." He steps out of Myrtle's way and gestures to the gate.
"Well go on then, don't wanna be too late now." Myrtle smiles to the guards and begins making her way to the gate.
All of a sudden, a few more guards appear from within the estate, forcibly escorting a person out.
"You better not come here again, unless you'd like to be jailed!!" A clerk shouts at the person being thrown out, who appears to be a mime, as he motions angrily back at the clerk.
The clerk then looks at Myrtle and the other two guards.
"What's going on here?" "Oh, uh, she just arrived for work." The guard holding the box of cookies says to the clerk, looking towards Myrtle.
"Oh? A little late coming in for work, no?" He walks over to Myrtle and examines her.
"...Hey, your outfit..." He suddenly focuses on a spot on Myrtle's shoulder.
"...It looks dusty. You should fix that." "Oh, eheh..." Myrtle smiles sheepishly, dusting off her shoulders a bit.
"Well, off to work then. We've all got schedules to keep." Meanwhile, the mime watches with confused frustration as he continues silently but vehemently making motions at everyone, but goes unheeded for the most part.
The clerk and the other guards then take their leave back into the estate and Myrtle soon follows them in.
Alright, now, where could the target be?... The estate is completely quiet aside from the chirping of birds. A few guards are patrolling around, but nothing seems out of the ordinary. The entrance to the main building is just ahead, and as Myrtle knows there is a side entrance at the end of each wing and a botanical greenhouse to the right of the building. It seems that the clerk and his guards are headed towards the left wing.
