I recommend that Eyes-Like-Gold make tracks to the stairway. She'll cover everyone (or just about) with Charisma from there, and also be safe from the closest archer.

Considering that she’s a harpy and flies, she can’t actually make tracks, can she?

I know nothing about decent strategy, so I'm probably spouting out nonsense, but I feel like Swift-As-Gale and Lady Sen should hold their positions for just a turn. We don't have anyone else left to protect that flank, and if they simply hold their spots instead of moving in, the building will be a lot less cluttered, so it'll be easier to move other people out to replace them. Not to mention, they have decent evasion, and Lady Sen has the second-highest defense out of all of us.
Just make sure Swift-As-Gale isn't flying right now. That'd be a disaster with the archer.

I still need moves from:

Aldric Bellerose, mage trainee (KingMurdoc) 18/18
Eyes-Like-Gold, harpy fledgling(Twinwolf) 16/16
Swift-As-Gale, harpy fledgling (I_Like_Pi) 16/16

I have a question: At which chapter will the rest of the players join the game and will they be together or start at first class?

Players will join when it makes sense for their characters to join. It may not be in the order their names are displayed in the list of players.

They will join at the same level as everyone else is.

Alright, so here's my plan, as of Turn 7.
We can put someone in H-8, H-9, and G-9 (preferably people who can take a couple hits right now). The enemy doesn't have *that* much movement, so H-8 and G-9 can both only be attacked by one melee unit at a time, if the H-9 forest is occupied. The H-8/G-9 line is also the limit of the archers' attackable range this turn, so we can pile up support behind that point.
If they take the bait, The enemy damage is spread across multiple units, we'll all have level-ups, and they've been drawn out of the defensive terrain. If they stick to camping the forest like buttholes, then we've still moved closer to them, and can't be as easily outmaneuvered.
Or, if we want to play it safe, we can move out through the northern gates and behind the building, to the southwestern forests behind the outer walls. It'll take much longer, but if we make it to L-13, we'll be able to approach them in such a way that we'll have both defensive terrain and chokepoints.
However, this might make us more vulnerable to Lieutenant Gide's guards.
Of course, before we try either of these, I say we open up non-surrender negotiations, but if negotiations fail, the options I'm providing are A. a clustered frontal assault, or B. sneaking back behind the enemy.
Nevermind, we're going with Option B, unless someone objects.

The New Plan: Operation Sneaki Breeki
Ben holds, everyone else retreats out the north exit and towards the west (in order to sneak around the back of the building and towards the southwestern forests, to use tactically). E-L-G also moves out, but stays in range to charisma Ben. This way, on the rare chance that the enemy takes Cyryl's bait, the harpy will be statistically 100% guaranteed to die the following turn (they most definitely won't take the bait, but it's just a chance; maybe Gigla will have an mercy after handing us such an unfair enemy position to trainees)

I'll roll levels for players currently in, and when it comes time to introduce new players, I'll roll their levels then.
Partly to leave the work to future me, but also in case the new person doesn't show up to play.

Maken Isold:
Code: [Select]
70, 78, 34, 12, 71, 25, 36, 12
+MAG, +SKL, +DEF, +SPD

Aldric:
Code: [Select]
28, -, 43, 2, 70, 33, 63, 16
+HP, +MAG, +SKL, +SPD

Eyes-Like-Gold:
Code: [Select]
94, 55, -, 35, 82, 96, 9, 95
+STR, +RES

Cyryl:
Code: [Select]
5, 29, -, 24, 14, 84, 89, 6
+HP, +STR, +SKL, +LUK, +SPD

Sharl:
Code: [Select]
29, 77, 28, 31, 47, 4, 12, 96
+HP, +MAG, +SKL, +DEF, +RES

Swift-As-Gale
Code: [Select]
1, 5, -, 99, 30, 60, 87, 99
+HP, +STR, +LUK

Benvolio:
Code: [Select]
6, 24, -, 99, 74, 46, 35, 37
+HP, +STR, +DEF, +SPD

And that's that. Up and at 'em, folks.
