Eh, there's plenty of times where people are down for a couple turns, brought up, and immediately downed again. It'll probably come up quite a bit.

Úlfhéðinn Wrath has too common a trigger. Make it two allies at least.

You mean two allies dying on the same turn? Or as long as two allies are dead I get +2 damage?

In which manner did you mean it originally?

What about this: "When an ally is reduced to 0 HP, +2 Base Damage for the current and next phase"
This way:
-If someone dies during the player phase and an enemy attacks me during the enemy phase, I would still get the bonus to damage.
-If someone dies during the enemy phase, I can still attack with extra damage during the player phase.

This was the original idea then I changed it to just the phase the ally reached 0 HP.

Ally dies -> Second Ally dies and triggers the personnal skill -> A third dies -> A fourth ally dies, triggering the personnal skill again. But what if two allies are currently dead but then a third one dies and the first one is revived?

I think the skill might be too complicated. What about this: "When Ulf kills an enemy, +(whatever you think it's fair, 1 or 2) Damage."
Of course this is only for a single attack.
