-I was wondering, could we posibly use the Espionage Credit in order to create enough plausible deniability so the SU can give us one of their designs without applying the [Complex] tag to it? We would probably ask for a 100+mm cannon with an autoloader and some sort of recoil dampening system. This should be a way for them to support us without risking an increment of US involvement in the war.

-Also, are there any instances of shoulder mounted Jin Na´s performing acceptably as AA against Drafts?

I don’t about the “no” for the latter part of your response. Just with the RPG-2 and -7s, they are all dumb-fired rocket launchers and their are many reported incidences of “dumb-fired” rocket launchers that don’t have a guidance system hitting American hinds and whatnot.

Also, while you have the power to veto anything, mind telling us which creative tactics are we allowed to use with the Espionage Credit? We have put forward two of them, and while I understand the veto on the former, since it would imply nobody in the Nogranian Engineering Team realizing that their design has changed, I don´t know why arranging plausible deniability with the Soviets doesn´t fall under subterfuge.

I mean, is anything apart from sabotage and stealing enemy plans forbidden or not?

Can at least we steal plans from a country other than Nogrania?

You can't steal from real-world countries, sadly.    Realistically, I don't want to have to balance Nogrania's "Walker Bulldog" tank they got from the United States.  In-universe, your spy network isn't developed beyond Serouda.

Killing heroes, sabotaging their design for a turn, stealing a design - that sort of stuff is what an espionage credit allows.  Same as in ICAR or the two preceding arms races before it.

We don't know how effective their HMG is going to be vs our new helicopter so putting all of our eggs into one basket seem like a bad idea. Not to mention that the idea of dropping the price of the helicopter down by one oil is fairly laughable. On the note of the credit nothing they have is more then a single design away from us so stealing something is fairly pointless. Heroes seem to have fairly minimal effects and, unlike us they don't really have a single major design we can mess with.
