Whenever Nyarlathotep is involved and someone is telling you the world ended, suspicion is warranted.

Look out the window and make sure the world is still there.

Make a new sulphur disk using blank disk and backup.
Make a new Administrator's Stone using sulphur disk and images.
Remove crisis #4 (tux), so we can get back to fixing 1-3 and 5-11.

For goodness sake.

Get the bird to fetch us the elderscript library so we can bind tux to our will, and have it do our bidding.

This seems like a very good idea.

Right click on the stone and select copy. 2 stones!  :P

The option is unsurprisingly unavailable. There are a couple of other interesting options, though... Anyway, looks like you might be stuck with this one fragment of the stone.

back when we made the infernal smartphone we created disk images of the two utility disks.  We should be able to make endless copies of the purple floppy. :P
Make a new sulphur disk using blank disk and backup.
Make a new Administrator's Stone using sulphur disk and images.

Wait a minute...

You saved an image of the Sulfur Disk! You can use your USB floppy drive to load it onto the blank floppy you have, and...

Perform the alchemy, insert the sulfur medium, and...

Another Administrator's Stone! You kind of assumed only one could be present, but you guess not.

Continue trying to banish Tux.
Remove crisis #4 (tux), so we can get back to fixing 1-3 and 5-11.

Okay, it's time to get this Daemon out of your system files. Let's just get the new Stone ready, and...

WOAH. Okay, you probably shouldn't let these Stones near each other.

Anyway...

That was easy. This thing really is powerful. The Tux Daemon seems to have been trapped inside the Stone.

For goodness sake.

Get the bird to fetch us the elderscript library so we can bind tux to our will, and have it do our bidding.

Right.

It flies off, presumably to search for your package. Okay... phew... that was a lot to process. But you're pretty sure this whole thing is almost over, you've solved just about everything. For the first time in a few hours, you allow yourself to relax and sink back into your chair.

...You sure have been in this room for a while. The last time you left, you were getting... a selfie stick, maybe? It's so cramped and ugly in here, it looks like a room out of an office building 20 years ago.

Whenever Nyarlathotep is involved and someone is telling you the world ended, suspicion is warranted.

Look out the window and make sure the world is still there.

A sudden chill runs up your back; you feel exposed, like the weight of a yawning abyss were pressing down on you. Your breath catches in your throat and you wheel around in your chair, only to find the same, familiar, sickly yellow and windowless door you entered through. You're reminded of your earlier thought: "the room you are currently in does not exist", according to the records you could find. You're standing now, looking down at the faint, shifting colored lights leaking out from underneath the door as you approach.

Your hand turns the knob on its own, and the door swings open. Harsh, unfiltered sunlight streams in from somewhere you can't see, and the cold void of outer space whirls around you, the stars shifting together in an unnatural dance. Superimposed on the uncanny scene are rushing images. Fields, mountains. Darkness. Water, canyons. Rushing trees. Flashes of roads and buildings rare but unmistakable. A distant, echoing cacophony collides in an otherworldly hiss, like a waterfall somewhere far away.

You close the door.

...

You turn around, and look back at the computer screen, across the room.

Maybe not our most pressing problem right now, but the stone fragment we didn't use to bind tux just went missing. That's... probably not good.

Despite our apparent exile into an otherworldly abyss, trapped in a squalid office (without plumbing!), with a computer literally possessed of evil, in the prior episode we were able to access the internet using the smartphone.

See if we still can.  We might be able to enlist assistance from other tech monkeys.

Hm.  Let's get some context for this ontological puzzle.

Try to remember something that happened yesterday.

On second thought, do this. Nothing could possibly be a more unfathomable horror nor memetic despair than normal windows help, so this will probably need to be genuinely helpful. It is the only way that it can be warped...
