Nah, I followed Cript--we didn't know there was an Emperor, while my post is waaay past the OP edit, I followed his post in quotation and response, while he honestly didn't see the note of there being an Emperor

So yeah.

We'll, he's not online and has not been since the last edit to the op, he could be offline and watching of course, but probably is at work given what time it is. His normal pattern implies he'll return in a few hours.

Anyway, I'm sorta wondering what is the scope of the actions we can do. In the op it says we can make a singular decision once per 10 turns, and otherwise we just react to events. So, I'm wondering how large the scope of said decision can be.

Use 2 wealth to try to open trading relationships with countries outside the empire.
Use 2 prestige to approach countries outside the empire for closer diplomatic ties, perhaps some marriages among the Zettenerger family can be arranged with outsiders?
Use 2 wealth to try to enter into profitable trade with anyone in the empire who wishes for such trade.
Use 2 manpower to conduct a census of Zetten, looking for any potential profitable opportunities to create crown businesses.
Use 2 wealth to invest in any potential business opportunities found
If the country of Marmok has any princesses use 2 prestige to attempt to secure an alliance via marriage between a Marmok princess and the Zettenerger heir.
2 manpower tokens are spent to secure any trade that goes though Zettenerger, protecting it from any hostilities.
2 manpower are spent as the army is sent thought Zetten to improve the infrastructure, constructing roads, way stations, and if necessary small towns in an effort to improve the economy.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't work this way either.
