In the end of the week after reading Ômedinae's letter give an straight answer, the letter is simple with a calligraphy that looks it was written in a hurry, as someone that don't want to spend much time

"My lady, king of Cacameburg, I expected to be people already vying for the position of emperor, but doing so in a public note before the death or sickness of the current emperor might not be well accepted, I hope you succeed but let give thou two warnings, one is to be careful with your words, people will use every single word against you, the other is that there isn't in the council a single republic, people will start to not trust an empire-republic that don't accept republicans as their councilman, I am not asking to vote on me, as I don't want to raise attention from warlords to my province, but keep my advice, Chancellor D. Tribard"

The letter is put inside a book entitled "The Art of Speech", it's not a new book, its full of notes, hard to tell if it's just eccentric behavior, if the chancellor wanted to give a book for your empowerment, if there is a hidden message in it or if he just wanted to get rid of a book.

Another open letter makes the rounds.
Attn: Council of Electors

i fear that Her Majesty Mme. Mônpalothi has been regrettably misled by an errant and erratic letter from the mad King of Zetten which has, it seems, triggered a popular rumour of the Emperor's untimely incapacitation. While I would, of course, urge her Majesty to consider taking greater effort to confirm her facts in the future, we must all be generous in remembering that these things may happen to any of us, imperfect creatures of the flesh as we are. It is unnecessary to condemn Mme. Mônpalothi for her error; we may clearly see that Providence has already given to her the gentle reminder by which she has been embarrassed enough.
Yours in Providence, Archbischop Soterios Göttliebe.

An emissary is sent from Manufaktur in secret to accept King Ômedinae's terms. He gifts two wagons containing leather armors, javelins, leather caps, and decorative pottery. The emissary agrees to purchase one of Cacameburg's manpower in exchange for one wealth.

An emissary is sent from Manufaktur to King Günteight's Kingdom of Aarg, requesting an exemption from trade tariffs on timber and ores. He gifts the King with high quality spices and salt.

A party of traders travels from Manufaktur to Bramblant, requesting to purchase a lease agreement for the placement of merchant stalls in various town squares in Bramblant and Kelpenberg.

An emissary offers a peace treaty to the Kingdom of Donuth, in exchange for 3% of the Manufaktur's annual tax-revenue and 5% government-subsidies on mercenary payments for Donuth guardsmen, to incentivize Manufaktur caravans to hire Donuth mercenaries.

Archbishop Bernhard Abfell of Waifenberg is petitioned to open three churches in rural Manufaktur & Florien, to teach God's word and literacy to the unwashed masses. In return for not taxing Waifenberg religious institutions, while taxing religious institutions from other states. So long as the untaxed institutions over education to believers. The lobbyist sweetens the offer with lustrous sculptures and encrusted pottery.

An emissary from Manufaktur offers a peace treaty with Zetten, offering King Zetten a wagon full of spices and worthless trinkets.

Guildmaster Phenoca Maple spends 1 wealth on emissaries, 1 wealth on roads, 1 wealth on economic subsidies, 1 wealth on needy peasants, 1 wealth on economic subsidies, 1 wealth on administration & law enforcement, and 1 wealth purchasing manpower from Cacameburg. Leaving 0 wealth in reserve.
Manufaktur emissaries spend 4 prestige on diplomacy, 1 prestige gaining influence with Emperor August II Hehlollen of Drakenberg, and 1 prestige to safely escort diplomats. Leaving 0 prestige.
Manufaktur spends 1 manpower defending merchant caravans, 1 manpower escorting diplomats, 1 manpower harvesting extra wood, 1 manpower growing extra food, and 2 manpower constructing new unpaved roads. Manufaktur imports 1 manpower from Cacameburg, resulting in 1 manpower left in reserve.

[OOC]
That's still not how the game works.
Your character submission needs to be accepted by the OP first, and your character submission didn't even follow the gamr rules, since you're not allowed make mew nations, just claim an Imperial province. And even then, Haspen didn't actually see your submission post. Also, there are only three respurces: Manpower, Wealth, and Prestige, not specific weapons, armour, or supplies.
Please wait for Haspen before posting all of this.

It did edit the post to claim Manufaktur instead. Other than that, agreed on all points, especially the "wait until Haspen actually acknowledges you" part.

I wish to propose a system whereby Elector states shall set aside a tithe (that is, 10%) of their seasonal resource income for the Church, creating a pool that can be drawn upon by any Elector state in a time of absolute need.

Arguest Zettenerger sat within his study, looking at the map of the empire in all it's Glorious Glory. A fine land and a fine empire. He was glad his family had risen to such prominence in this preeminent power in the world. However, there was still need to look to the future. The Zettenerger family would not sit idly by, instead it was time to bend their efforts to greater glory for the empire, and themselves.

It was time that Zetten sought ties with others to secure their and the empires place in this world. To this end Arguest looked outside the empire, their close by neighbors, enemies and friends alike. Diplomacy and trade was to be the name of the game. Arguest penned orders to his people to this effect, that countries outside the empire were to be approached in friendship.

Of course, it wouldn't do leave his allies within the empire bereft of attention. Arguest sent messages to all the countries within the empire, asking which of them might be interested in a trade pact for the mutual benefit of both countries.

Lastly he looked towards his own country, perhaps it too could be improved. Investments of wealth into the tradesmen of the country may prove profitable, not to mention a censcus of the land and resources were long overdue. In addition the armies of Zetten were strong and highly numbered, perhaps that strength could be used for the good of the people, and to improve their lands.

Okay, if possible, I'm going to spend three prestige with the aim of gently pressuring the Archbishopric of Altarien to become my vassal state for the glory of God.

Name: Helliste, Noble Republic (Aigre Excalibur)
Lands: Helliste, Dahnia
Tokens: 6.0 Prestige, 6.0 Wealth, 6.0 Manpower
Seasonal: +1.4 Prestige, +1.6 Wealth, +1.2 Manpower

Spend 1 Prestige making overtures to Minor States, offering (vague promises of) partnership and prosperity for our increased influence over them.

Spend 2 wealth improving roads and ports.

Spend 2 Manpower and 2 Wealth developing a standing army or navy, whichever would be more relevant.

Spend another 1 wealth on subsidies to local craftsmen

No mixed boosters, u gotta edit that 3rd decision ;v

The Capitol of Paladinia.
Imic Greymane sat in his study. The previous night he had experianced... A dream. That was all he could think of it. It was a long, complicated dream involving the Emperor not dying, and other mad things. He pushed it out of his head. He looked at the letter from Zetten, scanning it from top to bottom, before putting it to one side. He did not want to make any political decisions until he was sure of what the other states were doing, but the times were changing, and it seemed that new life had been breathed into the Empire. Perhaps god hat revitalised them. He looked out the window of his study, high above the half timber city below him. In spite of his somewhat troubling dream, he was in a good mood. The monks of Paladinia were artisans, and he had been thinking a lot about things that they could do.
He dipped his quill in his inkwell, and started to write, as a flock of birds settled on the roof.

Decisions, by Decree of His Grace Prince Sebastian III von Bredemeyer, King of Luathbach
Spend 2 wealth giving patronage to an architect, to beautify public spaces in the capital and show the Empire the wealth and culture of Luathbach.
Spend 2 manpower to improve fortifications along the kingdom's borders.
Store prestige.
