I figure the lower Arcology could be abandoned to the hoi poloi (or rather, the upper-middle class, as suggested by ebbor). Also, if the whole spire collapses for some reason, we'll always have the original Arcology. I'm assuming Arcologies are, like, reinforced such that whilst being on top of a collapsing tower will ruin them, being underneath one will be fine.
...maybe that's a silly assumption. I suppose it might be better to just do this:

Level 3: __H__
Level 2: __H__
Level 1: FHH__

Raising the original Arcology up with the magical skyhook, and hoping like all getout that Habs can support this sort of weight.

Shouldn't. The elites will live in the top. Acologys can be just better H's.

It is Ghaz's intention that our best laid plans be ruined by a lack of coordination. So, yeah, just slap down a building wherever you feel like.
That being said, if you slap down a building in such a way that it contributes to my plan, that'd be nice.

Perhaps, in the interest of keeping things running, players could be allotted a second action after enough time has passed?
I mean, not yet. Voidslayer and Roboson have yet to post a (valid) action, so if they both build something, we'll only need one more person. No need to rush yet.

Ah I see now. We do just one block per person.

My action is to build an H under that (nuke's) left F, moving the farm to the second level.

Build an H in the central section under the first A.

I know this is probably a dumb question but why can we not build down?

For the same reason i do not let you build endlessly into width. A) because you haven't unlocked the required tech/game progression so far and B) to ensure you are building upwards and not downwards.

@Nuke yup that was the plan if players wouldn't post, but since you were happily discussing and keeping the thread running i saw no reason to yet give everyone a second action.
