So with that astonishing success, let's get to strategy.

Ship Plan A
WOSV Mongoose: Move to Kasgyr's northern demispire, Boom and Zoom tactics. Run down Kasgyre's crippled fleet! (Ignore merchant shipping)
WOSV Herbie: Travel back to Wreth.
Skiffs: Travel to Haze Maze, and wait for Herbie, then escort her for the rest of her trip.

We could be a bit more aggressive with the skiffs, like having them maintain local airspace control over TC, or perhaps make a light assault on the Unfinished? We are switching the line over after all, and these skiffs will still count against the total. But at the same time, having them end their turn on Wreth allows them to escort Herbie and the potential 2nd transport all the way to Three Captains.
At the same time sending the Mongoose out is risky, but with one Kunai's important tail blown off, and the other suffering burns to the point where black smoke was boiling out of the hole in the hull... Really, it'd only be bad if they have another Kunai being rolled off the docks right now, but considering that one of their Kunai's only had 6 cannons, and they outfitted a full squad in what was formerly officer-only armor... I don't think they had the resources for it during the previous production phase.

Marine Plan One
Everyone at Three Captains, Scorched Earth tactics, fall back and let Kasgyre burn. Ditch the BLOCK, let it stand as a long lasting bonfire at the first ambush point. (<-Mostly fluff.)

We could ditch the BLOCK too, yes it's very useful... But it's heavy and only 4 wood... In fact we probably should ditch the BLOCK... Pre-editing that in the plan...

Production Plan Alpha
Swap production of Pattern A skiffs over to Comet Pattern skiffs
Build a transport, WOSV ____ (10c, 4o, 7w, 2s)
Build 2 MOVE PLACEs (4c, 8o, 0w, 2s)
Build a set of Envenomed Bolts (2w, 1s)
Net total of (14c, 12o, 9w, 5s)

I have no clues for the name... Help?
As for the equipment... We were going to send more MOVE-PLACEs right? Stops us from overflowing on silk in the meantime. But still, it is only one path we can take.

So, turns out I made a clerical error during calculations for Itshana for the Thermovariable processes, which ended up getting it's entire value withheld. Discussion on discord revealed the error, which knocks off that really nice, and admittedly unexpected, nine ship cap for your comets.

However, since heroic efforts were made to point it out to me, and you could easily have run with it for a year or two before I got energetic enough to become skeptical, I don't feel like just taking away those three skiffs without so much as a how-do-you-do.

For Wrethan Honesty, you can have your pick of either a guaranteed +2 on any of a prototypes rolls (not available retroactively), or 2 extra dice.

I want to have the Skiffs at TC, so that we have at least the illusion of backup if the Mongoose gets in trouble.

Production Plan B

Produce 3 Aethersilk Vests  (-3 silk)

I have half a thought about trying to revise PLACE next turn to solve those perpetual power issues. Hence, not buying any now.

A PLACE counts as infantry equipment, right? So there's no need to build them ahead of time?

Also, two dice are almost strictly better than a +2 to a single roll. I mean, you spend those two dice to give that one roll double advantage, and you're probably looking at the equivalent of +2 anyway.

As it was pointed out in discord, you can't roll prototype at an advantage, because you aren't spending dice on it.
Considering the utmost importance of prototype rolls, I would suggest we take the +2. Consider this: we have a guaranteed 6 and a +2 to spend on a prototype. That means we can undertake an insanely hard project, and have guaranteed hypereffectiveness (6) and few bugs ( a minimum roll of 3, with the +2).

I like Andrea's plan. We could go for a "Understanding all types of crystals" design and know, for a FACT, that it was worth it before we started.
