Seriously, as a dark spirit, what powers do I have other than being incorporeal?

I'll wait to make an action after I know that.

You only have powers of your character + being incorporeal. You're not gaining any more powers for turning your body from corporeal to energetical one. You still can use your weapons, but they deal raw damage to dark spirits (hurt them directly) and dark damage to all other enemies. It's not like you're turning into incorporeal, energetical monstosity from underworld, rather like turn your body into energetical for a while.

((Is the lady that Jonathan speaks of a well known figure? Someone my character would have heard about before?))

Ok, but I can still attack corporeal entities. Good, I wasn't sure.

having been jolted awake by the nightmare and hearing the screech of a undead monstrosity, he would move quickly to find and defend the others. The duke will not have their souls at the least.

Turn 14



[3] Pguhyuh telepathically said to his demon companion to release a cloud of smoke with his breath and hidden in it.

[Pguhyuh: 4, Boner: 4 -1] Then demonologist shot a blast of arcane energy at it, hitting it's arms.

[3] The blast didn't affect the undead at all.

[Aaron: 2, Boner: 3] Dark spirit went up to the undead at point blank and shot at it's head, but just like demonologist's blast, the bolt of dark energy didn't do anything.

[Jacob: 1, Boner: 6] Seeing the approaching undead and feeling grave danger, peasant thought that it was a best moment for a sudden surge of faith to guide him out of danger. But he was paralysed with fear and could move as the undead soldier was approaching him. Zombie leaped at Jacob with a forward stabbing move with it's bladed arm, stabbing through his chest and tearing his heart, lodging it's arm in the wound. Undead couldn't free it's arm out of Jacob's body!

[1 +1] Jeremiah tried to set a quick prayer for Jonathan the gardener, but he felt that there was something horribly wrong with doing that. As if something different than the gods was already protecting him. But if there are no gods to watch over him, then who is? Such questions always slowly bring one to a faith crisis, but Jeremiah was not of weak faith.

[2] Exorcist joined inquisitor and peasant by the fountain, Reynald waking up from a nightmare with a scream, and suddenly a screech coming from the keep.

[3] What's all the commotion? - Dennis asked, but received no response as Reynald hastily got on his feet and rushed to the entry. Exorcist and peasant had no other choice but follow the brave inquisitor.

-1 for clumsy goes only for one next roll. Smoke's cloud didn't reach undead, but only gave you a hideout for zombie soldier to not aggro you.

It'd take better roll for demon to put more effort into it. He is there to protect you, not your companions, so the smoke puff was meant to remove you from dead's sight. And that still wouldn't save Jacob - he rolled a 1 and Zombie rolled 6.
