if it's inside, they rip us off and we should make an formal letter arguing about how they should punish their professionals, after their excuse or saying that the responsible were punished (making sure they recognize that there was an error) we can say that's not quite enough since it hurted our economy

if it's just a few meters outside the border they will still have a good (although assholey) excuse
