I'm actually a bit leery about this project. Seems like a good way to anger the Pantheonists and have them show up to demand that we revoke our House of Scholarship Edict, and if we have a Charismatic Pantheonist husband at the time, he might not allow us to say no.

Still, no harm in hearing them out.

If we want to piss off the Pantheonists, it shouldn't be over something petty like the stars.

C of C seems to be a devout Pantheonist, and because of his Charismatic trait he might be able to push us around once we are married, so any plan against them needs to at the very least account for him. My idea is to convince our future husband that his ancestors Cyl and Doggeth both deserve to be recognized as gods, and when/if the clergy refuse, we go full Henry VIII, start beheading clergy, and make ourselves head of the church.

I don't think being a staunch Pantheonist is necessarily the same thing as being a devout Pantheonist, similarly to how you would definitely describe Cesare Borgia as Catholic but almost certainly not as having a terribly large amount of Christ in his heart.

Sure. But we don't know for sure one way or the other. Until we know where his head is at on the matter we shouldn't be doing things that may make the Pantheonists come back to bite us in a few years. This stargazing project will likely take a few years, and may very well make the Pantheonists come back to bite us.
