I like arches. I think a building of culture is more long term appropriate then a building of opulence or a statue that is self aggrandizing. I also think it'd... Probably? Be better to have our administrative hub in our economic hub.

I had assumed that was what we were doing, since none of the votes depended on each other. "No split votes" can really be taken too far.
