As an Empire, it will unlock a new 'Imperial Edicts' ability. Edicts can be issued yearly, and will be an easy tool to change how the government and internal affairs of the Empire work, although you will have to maintain your authority all the time.

Harry Baldman and Kashyyk honestly converted me to A. It's a fine heraldic tradition!

Monument C does sound the most useful, although the arch is pretty cool too.

Actually the last one seems to be a lasting motto to support, much like how Presidents and others stick to their thing that got them elected or the people will be
A doesn't sound well at all, given how much history tells us (and that none of those 3 singular faiths have the 'push compassion and understanding' vibe), B pushes and forces something we are better off having a choice NOT to do (hold and reinforce/upgrade and improve). C sounds like a good choice alongside D, but D means 'make this always happen'. C hopefully makes us more leaning towards reforms! And stability!

A  I firstly tought the two first were too dickish, but the express authority stuff got me, A gives an image of "everything he is me and mine", and B can be interpreted as everyone is the emperor
