 Also, it is a bit late for them to do anything about it now. I mean, sure, they can assume that we didn't make a ground design, and go push wherever they think that will be most important, but it is too late to design around it...

Anyway, various updates from the Discord:

Due to a massive salt storm over Magic Air General and the ineffectiveness of Cannalan Naval AA, Asaheru has left the game.

The Cannalans may have revealed that their Impossible design involved a turboshaft engine. Turboshafts are similar to our turbojet engines, except their output is a rotating turbine-driven shaft, instead of thrust from the jet. They have applications in ships, helicopters and large tanks, all of which require rotation (propellers, rotors, track wheels).

Hm..., maybe they upgraded their buccaneer boats with turboshaft engines giving them more speed. I would do that.
