So, uh, as far as I know the whole “fluff it as” option is a way of fluffing the don’t nationalize option (since its stuck in committee far past the current turn and the guy who wrote it is voting don’t nationalize) but now we have two people voting for the fluff thing but not actually the overall don’t nationalize option

Yeah, the intent is that nothing happens...which is the same as "don't nationalize". It's just another option for the fluff of HOW we don't nationalize.

UFAF-UH-45 "Sun"

The United Forenian Air Force Utility Helicopter 1945 "Sun" is a 4-blade, 2-engined helicopter with seats for 9 passengers (not including pilot, co-pilot, and door gunners) an external carrying capacity of 8 thousand pounds.  It is commonly referred to as the "4-2-9-8 Sun".

Built largely due to Forenian engineers looking at Cannalan idiot-copters and going "how could they fuck up a helicopter design so badly", the Sun features a much more sane 2-blade main rotor with a 2-blade counter-rotor on an extended tail boom.  A single Velociraptor is mounted on a pintle mount in each door, allowing the Sun to defend itself or provide overhead support for troops on the ground.  The Sun features our counter-measures suite to help defend against enemy missiles.  The Sun should be able to quickly move squads of troops from one place to another without decapitating any of them, as well as transporting equipment into areas otherwise inaccessible to ground vehicles.

The Actual Death Ray houses two sub-critical masses of Uranium which are brought together when the trigger is pulled, bathing everyone nearby with a less than healthy dose of radiation. The operator is slightly protected by a suit of tiger armor with lead plates. The device is shaped to represent Forenia's national bird, and has a tape player and loudspeakers to play engine noises from said nation bird. An obligatory bayonet is included. As is a packet of marshmallows.
