After that assume power as regent. Once all that is done we can basically stay in control of the kingdom through her bloodline/her as a Empress Dowager Cixi figure while she is alive.

Princess Ishtar

Preparations for the festivities proceeds at rapid pace. The Priesthood of Ad, God of the Sun, Death and Rebirth, is extremely happy that you wish for them to perform the rites, and immediately sets to work. Their festivities will include the ritual sacrifice of several bulls, the 24 hour chant of the sun, and the extensive dances of their fire walkers. It all sounds very, very impressive, but there's that nagging feeling that perhaps they're bringing the focus on them just a tad too much.

All other work to organize the feast advances at rapid pace, and you find yourself with a 1 week spare when the preparations in capital are already complete. It gives you time to do other stuff, and various nobles have already asked your attention. The first is a rather dashing young man, descendant of one of the few noble families that survived the war in which this Kingdom was established. He's offering to let you join on a hunt.

The second is an old man, who clamps your arm as he passes you on the street. He speaks hurried, talking about all sorts of weird things. You can not understand what he's saying, as his lack of teeth mangles his rapid speech. Before you're forced to tear yourself loose, a women arrives, and excuses her grandfather for his confused behavior. A major merchant family, they invite you to dinner as compensation.

Nur-Skalen

Since the Actions of Nur-Skalen are not going to be changing much, I'm going to be letting you write those in. I also changed option D. Now you have to use a Nur-Skalen action to take the action, not to see it.

Note however that your influence is limited mostly to Princess Ishtar, and any direct manipulation beyond normal talking has good odds of causing mutations.
