Status : Immortal evil
Traits : Keeper of secrets
You tear loose sliver of your immortal form, force it into solid form, and throw it down to the mortal world below. As if falls, you feel the powers of reality pressing down upon it, forcing it to be one thing rather than many, restraining it's powers, until finally it comes to rest upon the surface. A mortal reaches down, bewildered, to pick it up, and in that moment a name burns itself into its mind.
Artifact name :Artifact form:A : A golden ring

C : A tablet of stone
D : A metal lamp
E : Write-in
It stumbles back, uttering the name in surprise. In a moment the link is formed, and you can feel your power spread through it's form. No longer as hampered by the oppresiveness of reality, you flex your power, and the artifact responds. A trinkle of your might flows into the mortals shape, granting it some power too. For a moment, you can direct it, but you already feel reality rushing in to solidify it.
Artifact power:
A: Martial
B: Luck
C: Intelligence
D: Health
E: Charisma
Now, with the initial chaos over, you take the mind of the mortal who picked you up, and peel it open, gathering info about your surroundings.
You have been picked up by : A. A princess walking by the side of a grand river. One of three streams cutting through this Western land, their gentle waters deposit fertile soil and are filled with fish. Many a petty kingdom rests upon it's banks, and hers is but one of them. As youngest child, she will soon be married to another King or princeling to secure alliances.
B. A huntress of the central steppes. These windswept plains are too sparse for permanent habitation, so the nomads move their herds over the plains to follow prey and fresh grazeland. Her hunt succesfull, she returns with the eagle she shot and the thing it held in it's claws.
C. A mage of the Northern mountains. In these barren lands only the valleys are inhabited, small villages eeking out a living. But the mountains are drenched in magic, and every generation there are some who are touched by it. Expelled by the villagers for their terrific powers, these mountain hermits live alone on the mountain peaks, extorting villagers untill the weather or their own uncontrolled powers kill them.
D. A warrior in the Eastern forests. Having fought hard to force a neighbouring tribe out of their stretch of the forest, he found something unexoected among the ruins of the encampement.
For those confused a bit. Since you choose artefact as an option, you basically get two characters. Whomever is the wielder of the artefact, and the demon himself. You only control the latter absolutely, the former will have a mind of it's own and will need to be convinced. Changing owners is possible, if you desire so.
