"Breath easy, mon." She says, as she puts a hand on Zerthinzes' shoulder. "Bartenda, how about a round of drinks for mi fellas here, and we can talk about what you need, naah mean?"

Spoiler: Boring Tavern Description (click to show/hide)

The tavern is such a simple yet a little bit remarkable wooden building. Their are around five tables with basic chairs with decent enough supports on them, you think. On the most farthest corner are two humans apparently doing some rudimentary gambling with each other and one hooded figure on the other side of the corner. The bartender once approach seems like a disgruntled man with a large beard and the beginning of balding has invading him. The wooden counter and the wooden stools around it seem like a more of a... moderate quality when compared to rest. their is a locked wooden door behind him, probably where the storage room is at.

"Bartender,I've heard ya have a Quest for us!"

"You the adventuring folks?, we don't get much of those types around here. If you must know, their is a weird cult around the area filled with weirdos, they rob from the local cemetery and capture traveling peasants and merchants on the stone roads. I heard of some rumors, that they have a enclosed cave near the hills to the east. I heard their cult master to be have trained in the magic of raising the dead from back alive, but I believe its just the common babbling of the peasants seeking for some gossip and excitement in their boring lives."

"Oh yes maybe your just seekin' for some drinks fellows, maybe I have gotten too much for myself explaining about the local troubles we have. We still have a decent supply of beer and little bit of wine. Beer will have a cost for ya, though. around 3 copper pieces each, a pint will only cost 6 cp."

I'm pretty sure every tavern known is going to sell beer and maybe wine, I'm not like selling them potions or sustenance foodstuffs which you explicitly stated me not sell, so their really isn't going be a proble IMO. It's just truly minor RPing.

DM: You may say what alcoholic drinks you have for sale that is fine. But the GM will give the default costs and inform you what kinds of other items might have. Keyword might you will get it to proceed as instructed after that.

DM please edit out the costs of your beverages. If this seems picky it it really is I do see that. But it is truly the GM's right to give the default system of currency in this game. Because it is a game mechanic. I will defend your rights just as bitterly.

As a simple bartender, you have a fair selection of alcohol, ranging from 1g to 3G per cup. There's also cocktails and shots, which range from 2 to 4g. Nothing too fancy or expensive, though. In addition to those, though, you're stocked with some more..exotic foods. Choose at least 3 of the following to be part of you your wares. You have a good amount (about 20) of whatever you pick, save the map, which you only have 2 copies of.

Hangover Cure: A small amount of coffee watered down with pickle juice. Secret recipe. Will allways cure someone of being hungover. Also works as an antidote to non-exotic poisons, but only has a 2/3rds chance of completely working. Regardless of working or not, it will dull the symptoms. 2g.

Odd Shot: The sort of thing you wonder why you even bought. Made with a pinch of chaotic energy, with random flavor in mind, it also has a random effect on the drinker. Alcoholic. When consumed, roll a d6 for its effect. 1 is overall bad, 2 is bad in the situation, 3 is practically no effect, 4 is a good and bad, 5 is good for the situation, and 6 is overall good. Effect will be determined by me, with another random generation being used to my own discretion for added randomness. Taste will also be rolled for on a d6, with higher numbers being tastier, but this roll is mostly for flavor (ba dum tss). 3g

Brute Brew: An oddly salty bottled beer, those who consume it gain +1 Strength and +1 to tolerating pain(aka, endurance rolls are treated as 1 higher when it comes to the pain felt), but -1 intelligence,  for several turns (will define length when battle system is made). Alcoholic. 3g.

Jar of Pickle Spears: a jar containing 10 pickles, made by GrassBlade Foods and Armaments. Perfect for consumers & fighters alike. While held, the holder can say "Cucumber Thrust!" to turn it into an actual weapon spear. Each spear can only be used 10 times before breaking, and is still considered a vegetable. Additionally, the jar must be opened to access the pickles inside, which requires a strength roll if it hasn't been opened before. A failed strength roll will not harm the jar or the pickles inside. 4g.

Hearty Sandwich: A good sandwitch; your customers have to eat SOMETHING, right? Bacon, lettuce, tomato, turkey, and mayo on a brioche bun, cut in half diagonally. Each half restores 6 health when consumed, but every second day after purchase, the restored health decreases by 1 (please don't make travel to the cave take several days). 4g.

Relevant Map: One of your customers left it here overnight, so it's your property now. Has a distance scale, compass rose, and everything. Shows the way to the cultists' cave, as well as showing a good amount of the cave's interior. There may be some secret rooms not on the map, and the depths of the cave aren't shown. When not related to a current quest, name becomes Irrelevant Map. 5g.

Also, each player starts with 15g.

No no need to complain about the rules now... So yes I accept the rules from the GM.

The Bartender makes a general inspection of his wares, and seems like everything is in order and than moves to responds you all adventurers.

"I have access to a variety of beer and wine if you want any. 3 gp for a large cup of refined beer and 2-4 go if you want the more sophisticated wine. I have also much more interesting drinks and more exotic foodstuffs I sell, as well. I'll just give you the menu it will be easier."

The Bartender has grabbed from the stocks of his wooden counter a small looking scrap of paper, apparently it's the menu.
