You call the priests before you. They bow politely as they enter, and utter three holy blessings- though they do not recite the full seven, as would befit a monarch. But you let it slide, for now.
You explain your problem to them, though they are clearly already aware of it. The head priest- that is, the one with the biggest hat- nods thoughtfully, then says;

"Indeed, the man is a false prophet, who speaks only lies about your benevolent self. We would be honoured to clear up the misunderstanding. However, I fear the people will not listen to us, for our own temples are tattered and broken, and the altars bare. Would that we had the funds to make repairs and acquire sacrifices, then we might be able to help you."

A-Are they trying to extort money from you!? ONE MILLION YEARS DUNGEON.
B-Reject this blatant request for cash, and have them shown to the door.

You make a suitable donation, and soon the priests are praising your name from their newly restored temples, and more importantly, criticising the 'false prophet'. Within a week he is run out of town by a devout mob.


The rest of the summer passes uneventfully.


Early Autumn, 1 PC

An armoursmith arrives at your court. He comes with a familiar tale of his hometown being destroyed during the collapse, and says that he has been wandering since, looking for a new place to live. He humbly requests funding to start a new shop in your capital.

A-There's no room for vagrants in Kralicanev. Tell him to move along.
B-He is free to live here, but we can't afford to sponsor him at the moment.
C-Very well. He shall have his new shop, on the condition that he creates armour for your army.
D-Very well. He shall have his new shop, on the condition that he forges you a new suit of platemail.

C. A practical one - we are of course an effective warrior, but a more noticeable difference in our combat effectiveness will be gained from armoring our troops. We can get better armor for ourselves later.
