I guess we could ask for a machine gun, to give us more fully automatic firepower (a bit more accurately then our current weapons.) Lets go for the Degtyaryov machine gun, 7.62×54mmR, 60 round pan magazine. A bit outdated, but was used in the Korean war, the are that we are in :P.

Alright. Looks like we put the jets out at a perfect time, air superiority is ours (more or less :P). We are very, very slightly winning.

Lets ask for nukes.

I suggest that we request the Soviets for a flamethrower, specifically the ROKS-3.

Kinda outdated and doesn't really serve a purpose in our tactical situation. If we were going with a flamethrower, the LPO-50 would be a better choice (it being the replacement for the ROKS).

I'm mostly waiting for someone else to come up with an idea so I don't hog them all :P.

Well, I'm kinda torn between landmines or some sort of Self-Propelled Artillery piece. I'm open to ideas.

The good news for you is that you can now request weapons from World War II Germany, Italy and Japan arsenals.
There the spoils of war and some item will not be available.
Including but not limited to:
Anything built in less than a hundred.
Prototypes and anything that work was abandoned on
Anything it would be politically dangerous for your sponsor to give you.

Its all pretty out of date by 1951 though :P.

Land mine sounds fun, they already have arty and trying to match them blow for blow probably won't end well for us. Anti-tank/infantry/air?

Wait. Even prototypes? GERMAN world war two prototypes? Can anybody say... MAUS?
Also, in more seriousness, a heavy bomber like the Tupolev Tu-85?
Or, if we're going REALLY ridiculous, how bout one of those Schwerer Gustav railway artillery?

No, prototypes were listed as things we specifically don't get. Along with the Gustav gun and other rare things.

I don't think there are any oceans on the battlefield :P. Anyway, adding to what I said before, this is still a weapons design game rather then a weapon procurement game. We can't just take a Maus or a Gustav gun, but we can design our own. The heavy tank is on its way out though, and railroad rifles have their own problems :-/.

A MBT might be nice, actually:

Katyusha-1 (K-1 for short) Main Battle Tank: A first-generation MBT based off of the T-54 soviet tank. Its armor should be enough to withstand fire from both enemy tanks and the Carl Gustaf recoil-less rifle to the front and sides. Hull front 120, turret front 205, 80 mm on the sides, 130mm turret sides, 30 mm on the roof and 20 mm on the bottom. 100mm tank gun based off of the D-10, should be capable of taking down enemy tanks with AP ammunition and infantry with HE. Coaxial .50 borrowed from our planes. Speed goal 48 km/h.

As it is, the previously mentioned Tupolev is looking pretty good for something to ask for. As for designs...

Meh. If we wait a year we can get the very superior Tu-95 instead. The HMG looks fine if we don't want to go with the tank, we could outfit our planes and other vehicles with it. If we can get some extra range out of it it might help out with our air battles.

*EDIT*

We could always just ask for the T-54 I was cloning anyway :P.
