The First Day
February 12th, 1887
If J.B's eyebrow could indicate his confusion anymore, it would dominate his features as he looked at Agent Rupree with an odd gaze. "What in the Sam Hell's a sassa cactus?" he said, placing his hands upon his knees. Agent Iscariot leaned forward in his seat and said "Sasacatra. A Sasacatra is a giant titan; a sand wraith that wanders the deserts of Angel Fire, and parts of America, Mexico, and some Asian countries. Hopefully that one was just living sand...if he's an Aspect of Code Tango Echo, it will be a much more difficult task."

Ned Angry simply smiles, leaning back into his seat with his hands behind his head.

(Idle) Gunter looks around for anything to treat Maggie's burns. [5] He finds an emergency crate, which contains bandages and some cream, but nothing really more than that. Peering under the jacket, he can see that Maggie is badly burnt, her skin warped and crisp in some areas. Thus, he attempts to get her some help. [2] The minute he attempts to rub the cream over her wounds, she hisses and backs away, he hands pushing the soldier away from her.
It feels good to be back, doesn't it? To the mythos I love so much...

The First Day
February 12th, 1887

Looking at the injured Vampire as she futilely backed away from him, Gunter's features calmed as he gently said "Your burns must be treated, or else they become infected. I am only trying to help." [Convince: 7] Maggie lowers her hands, before slowly uncovering her burns. She whimpers slightly as they are exposed to the more open air of the carriage. [Medical: 8] With the skill of a soldier with pretty good medical skills, he lathers the cream across her burns, gently scraping the burned flesh, before carefully wrapping the bandages around her head and arms, making sure only to cover one eye so that she can see.

After hearing Agent Iscariot's words, J.B Morgan turned back to look at the desert, before saying "Let's skidaddle, 'fore we get crushed t' dust."
Central Island, Angel Fire.

After a long drive, the party makes it to the Central Island, the very center of the peninsula slightly east of Cuba that makes up the city-state of Angel Fire. In addition to a few houses, it's mostly populated by official looking Governmental buildings, including the one the party parked at. Most resembling an American council building, the Headquarters of the Bureau was large, several suited officials walking in and out at a time with important looking briefcases. The party exited and walked inside, Ned saying "Congratulations everyone." as they entered the building. Surprisingly, the building was actually quite cool, as a ceiling fan with a glowing yellow crystal floated above them, giving the entire waiting room they had walked into a nice, cold air. Agents Iscariot and Rupree walked to the room's receptionist, a kindly old lady with a nametag that read "Edith Lovejoy", with great purpose. After a few seconds, she tapped a telegraph that also had a crystal installed and said [Spot Check: 1] something not only quiet, but down-right incomprehensible. After a few seconds, she nodded at the agents. Before they could ask, Agent Rupree said "Good news: Brooks Lyn Price will see you in an hour. He's busy. Monster Hunting and Agency-related duties. You know how it is. Make yourselves comfortable."

Ned walks over to the agent nearest him and asks a question. (PM sent)

Ned removes his hand from the agent's shoulder and rejoins the others.

He seems content to relax and wait for Price.
