You are a Demon. This much is evident by the swirling maelstrom of energy that is the Abyss around you, the home of Demons, Devils and all manner of infernal creatures. You drift, occasionally coming across the demense of a more powerful being, their idea of reality being imprinted on a little section of the Abyss. Suddenly, you feel a tugging motion. It pulls in all directions, somehow in a way that doesn't feel like being torn apart. Then there is a pop. And light.

Light, heat and more defined rules of reality slowly start imposing themselves on you, and the Abyss around you slowly fades, bringing forth what you see in front of you. 12 men and women stand in a half circle in front of you, each wearing simple cloth garb. Their faces are haggard, but all look at you in awe and reverence, and not a little bit of fear. Closer to you stands a masked figure in priestly robes. Robes stained with patterns of blood, and a few burn marks here and there. He stands just at the edge of the circle into which you were summoned. Even now the fresh blood filling the carved stone floor seems to dry rapidly, and your vision gains more and more acuity.

You look down and see you are still only half formed. What is your true form of?
