You decide to compose and sing a beautiful song for her. Even if you're not very wise in structure of songs and your voice isn't the most soothing and honey-laden, you shall try!
5*I swear you guys are in cahoots with RNG somehow
You manage to get some rhymes flowing nicely and then you sing for her a bawdy tale about a princess, a dryad boy and their playtimes thorough the days and nights. She gets into a giggling fit that causes nearby flowers to bloom and for the sun to shine through the thick canopy of the trees.
"That was wonderful! It was so nice! And funny!" Still giggling, she spins around on her spot.
"Yes, yes, I can already feel the shadow of sadness escape my soul! I'm sure I will somehow get rid of Othwok and find someone to have children with. It's time I got back to work!" She gives you a kiss on the cheek which makes your skin tingle and feel as if briefly exposed to fire.
You say farewells to the Dryad and leave her forest, embarking on a journey home.
Congratulations! Houlandin III successfully completed 'Please the Dryad of the Dark Forest' Epic Quest!
After you return to the Palace with the good news, you take a bath and a new set of royal clothes, just in time, too - the guards report that the Wizard is back at the gates. You tell them to take him to the throne room.
He enters as you sit down on your throne, and with a smile, he nods towards you.
"I can feel the Dryad being happy now. You did what I have asked of you. It's time I fulfill my part of the bargain, hmm?" Then he proceeds to leave the throne room!
"Where are you going?" You ask, but the Wizard keeps walking.
"Seek you the news from northwest about giant hawks and smoldering forest fires, King of Luathbas, and you shall know that way that I have succeeded."
The door closes behind him and you do not see him again.
855 AD, Summer
You receive news that in the north-west, some peasants saw a giant hawk soaring in the skies. Other report that a giant fire erupted in the forests further north, but curiously only kept smoldering for days before the fire seemingly went off by itself.
Since that event, there were no more savage wolf attacks, nor were there any peasants suddenly falling asleep.
855 AD, Autumn
Governor of Augas have sent you a letter. Despite your worst assumptions, it's not about Parsia.
He writes that certain fat emissary with a servant have arrived at his court and that he wishes for Luathbas to open the extremely lucrative trade with his homeland of Gubta Empire. However, the Governor is aware of the fact that your family has previously prefered to deal with Parsians than their enemies, and is thusly asking you what to do with the emissary.
A) Send him to the capital.
B) Have him sent back home.
