Binding Agreement
"LYT, you seem to be labouring under some sort of misconception here. This one is not a defeated opponent you can dictate terms to as you wish. If you mean for this to be a peace treaty, as you seem to do, then some concessions of your own are required. At the very least, this one would require a guarantee from yourself and Sadiq that you will not attack me or mine if this one agrees to this added, before even thinking of considering it."

Quote
To that effect, Landria is forbidden from initiating direct, harmful aggressive action against her fellow Gods, or their creations, except where specified below. In all situations, Landria is forbidden from directly or indirectly causing the death of a God, including but not restricted to methods such as direct action, deceit, or willful negligence.

As the phrase is used here, 'direct, harmful aggressive action' is used to refer to actions taken that display hostile intent, have a quantifiable, negative effect on the recipient, and is done personally or on the order of Landria or a subordinate. Common interactions between mortals do not fall under this clause, despite the possibility of grievous harm to either party. Uncommon interactions such as god-incited holy wars, divinely or uniquely empowered individuals causing exceptional havoc, or other actions of such a nature do fall under this clause, but are subject to the exceptions of self-defense as specified below.

Creations as used here refers primarily to mortal races and their civilizations and/or culture, individual agents and their retinue, and divinely-made artifacts. Afterlives, alternate planes and/or dimensions, and unique landforms are also counted as creations when relevant, when they have been created by a finite number of gods, rather than all of the gods.
"This one cannot agree to this, as there are some races that are directly offensive to what Landria stands for, such as the Chaos-Callers."

Quote
In cases of self-defense or defense of holdings, the actions taken must be in proportion to the actions taken against Landria. Landria is permitted to respond to aggressive action in order to defend herself from harm and/or death, but this retaliation must be proportional in response, and if possible, via the same avenues taken to initiate aggressive action against Landria. If the aggressor does not have sufficient holdings to retaliate against, private consultation with the writer of this agreement, LYT, is required to determine what secondary retaliation is allowed.

Retribution of up to 20% above what harm was quantifiably inflicted to Landria by the intentional, willful actions of other gods is permitted, so long as this does not cause them to be killed or in extreme danger of dying, and the actions causing harm to be inflicted upon Landra were unprovoked. This additional retribution does not apply to actions causing harm to holdings or creations of Landria. In cases where the aggressor does not cease their behavior and Landria’s life is determined to be in peril, or in cases in which an aggressor is attempting to imprison Landria, Landria is permitted to take action to imprison the aggressor within the Empyreal Wall in such a fashion that said imprisonment would strengthen the Wall. The length of this imprisonment is indefinite and to be decided upon by consensus of the Gods supporting this agreement, with the writer of this agreement being the deciding vote in case of ties.

Landria is further permitted to defend other gods against harmful action initiated by other gods, in the same manner as if she were being attacked, with the following exceptions. The retaliation allowed is one-half of what she would have been permitted had Landria been personally attacked, and she must cease immediately if the god she is defending explicitly desire her to. She is not required to defend other gods against harmful aggressive action initiated by other gods that is not likely to cause a godly death.
"This is absurd. This one does not have the ability to so precisely calculate the damage of their own attacks, and attacks against mortals are always imprecise in exact damage done, so this one would have trouble determining how much damage was done to her holdings, and how much damage her own retaliations inflicted.

In addition, it is perfectly possible for multiple opponents to peck this one to death in concert, while this one can only deal negligible damage to each of them.

This one is also highly doubtful of imprisonment by committee."

Quote
If Landria is aware of another god being in imminent danger of death, and not the recipient of unprovoked aggressive action by said god within the last three (3) ticks, she must take reasonable action to prevent said death. Reasonable action is defined as action that does not place Landria or her holdings at grievous risk of harm. If a godly death occurs, and it was well within Landria’s power to prevent it, and she did so either by willful ignorance or malicious neglect, and the god had not initiated unprovoked aggressive action against Landria within the last three (3) ticks, she is subject to the punishment clause of this agreement, in a manner identical to if she had attempted to initiate unprovoked aggressive action against a god.
"This one is going to reasonably assume this clause only applies to public godly life threatening, unless Landria happens to know something about a godly death before it occurs, for Landria is not all-knowing."

Tick 47.0: Wishing for Lawmode?

Gandtrael has been revived!
Katzerie has been revived!
A corpse has disappeared!

Following the string of murders, LYT accuses Landria of striking at TRUTH itself, warning Landria of imprisonment. Four has joined LYT's coalition seeking vengeance.

Landria replies via a clockwork raven, citing an incident of forced imprisonment of Landria as cause for the murder and accusing Sadiq of betrayal, LYT of obliviousness, and Four of being the main instigator of the whole mess. Sadiq seems confused by this accusation and gravely declares Landria to not be very friendly at all.

Mumuski suggests that Landria stop killing uninvolved gods. Landria claims no intention to kill more gods.

Wstfgl, too, accuses Landria of assault and takes care of the various issues that seem to have resulted from the murders, and the disasters fade rapidly.

LYT calls for assistance in bringing Landria to justice.

Fortuna, seemingly unfazed by the murders, sends Fhortan missionaries out to explain the awesomeness of Luck through pro bono games of chance.

In response to Landria's greeting, Katzerie accuses Landria of murder and robbery.

Landria and Wstfgl oppose Zenrach's attempts to convert the dead god's followers which surprisingly works despite the expected cost of the followers.

LYT has drafted a binding agreement which Landria declines, observing that certain terms are insufficiently defined or leave Landria too vulnerable.

Death has donated 5E to LYT. (Death: -5E, LYT: +5E)

[Katzerie, the Token God]

Katzerie slips back to her forge, and starts working on a new hammer, all metal, because you can't hammer wood into improvement.
Katzerie makes the Elite Artifact, Doppelhammer, for 11 Essence.
Doppelhammer is one hammer, that can split into two. This allows it to be used to hammer itself. The copy is inferior (most notably in durability) and is temporary (lasts a minute if separate, an hour if the original is held as well), and it can only support one secondary at a time (it has to wait until the secondary expires to make a new one, breaking doesn't count as expiring).
When in one hammer mode, it strikes as two, but there's a slight delay, so it comes as two strikes, one a little bit behind the other.
Doppelhammer doesn't hit any harder, except for the whole double strike. But it allows shooting Essence into what it hits. Letting it go deeper into it than regular hammers allow.
This can be used to buff the target, or make it explode from the inside.

"This one wanted Mani to stay dead, did not appreciate you interfering, and was angry over the lack of help when Mani publicly attacked this one besides."

"In the meantime you let a god like Katzerie set up her little powerbase..."

"Yes. This one kills you when you resurrect my enemy. How is this so surprising? Rendering aid to my enemy makes you my enemy.

As to Katzerie, this one is not sure what you are talking about."

"So what would stop me now from destroying everything you have made so far?
Seriously just stop with your freaking powerplay, if you go one you WILL be slain and imprisoned by one able to.
There is gods and coalitions who are merely waiting for you to fall, so better choose some allies, and do NOT kill other gods..."

"This one has no intent to kill any more gods, as has been stated before. Perhaps some of our fellow gods could provide some of the relevant records of what occurred while you were... indisposed.

As to what is to stop you, why perhaps the threat that I could do the same to you? I am not toothless, as I hope I have amply proven so far. You would do well to cease threatening me, all of you.

This one tried to make allies before. Mani was one of them. Sadiq another. Neither turned out well. This one has come to learn that their fellow gods can simply not be trusted to be good allies.

This is no mere power-play, this is justice."

"You do not think this one has the judgement to dispense justice?

Indeed we have co-operated before. Which is made this one all the more displeased when you moved to help Mani after she had publicly ordered an attack on me.

As was mentioned earlier, this one has painfully learnt that their fellow gods cannot be relied on."
