Commit 4 Essense to have a rather large section of the center rotted out and hollowed almost like a cave it will be lit by nothing but floating green fire's and presumably the light from outside.

Xylia extracts a bit more Crux from her body, then calls over her Lindworm.
It obeys, and Xylia sits on it again. Then, with 1-2 Crux, she makes a bunch of Blink Lizards.
The Blink Lizard is fox sized and covered in fluffy fur. It's capable of teleporting short distances, after a 15 second charge up. It can move while charging.
It charges the blink when threatened. But not before, and it has a cool down of 5 minutes. It can teleport 20 meters.

Xylia puts a Blink Lizard on her lap, and lays a hand on the Lindworm. It resumes flying through the void.
Xylia strokes the Blink Lizard's fur. It purrs.
The rest of the Blink Lizards just walk around on the land the world tree grows on.
A couple tried to climb onto the Lindworm, but fell off as soon as it started moving. They land safely.

Edit: Changed the amount. Seems making a single one for 1-2 Crux is a massive waste.

Euro Ants. The only goal of these ants is to get as much land as they can. They breed rapidly, and spread rapidly. They enjoy colonizing and holding territory. They hate enemy Euro ants and they hate their territory being encroached on. They are pretty intelligent, and can use small ant tools and weapons. The ants also want to learn the secrets to mass producing weapons and tools at fast very, very fast rates. The ants also have learned the secrets of agriculture

Cornealis spends 4E to create a team of red Euro Ants at the top of the world tree, and a group of blue Euro Ants at the bottom of the world tree.

Iim happy we will have our tree. I think i'll need a slight change to the original idea though

Devote 5 power to create Dark larvae .

These larvae dig into the tree's bark and create a LARGE system of galleries just underneth the bark. These galleries are totally dark and they have a weird, non-euclidean shape  This larvae eat the tree bark but they don't live long. After they die they explode, creating chambers filled with nutrient goo.

Invest an essence and four crux into the World Tree, to imbue the world(s) with the drive to survive, no matterthe circumstances.

Oszust, the trickster, watches the world tree take shape with an aloof amusement. As the other gods pour their power into its construction, he stealthily tears a large chunk of bark off of the growing tree, beginning to shape it. Under his ministrations, it takes the shape of a small, squirrel-like rodent, with arms draped in skin flaps to allow it to glide, and large eyes. He would channel some of his essence into the creature, before releasing it into the hole in the world-tree, where it would magically multiply until the population was large enough to sustain itself.

5E: Create the Piscar, Oszust's personal eyes and ears. These squirrel-like creatures live inside of the world tree, and glide from place to place, similar to a flying squirrel. Oszust can see anything one of the Piscar sees, giving him knowledge of events on every level of the tree.
