The articles you post from them always seem to have a slant of reporting on terrible things that happen in America, and usually when they're something one would assume was committed by a member of the far-right.

Nah I just try to share news that has not been brought up yet. I could have linked an article about the anti-Trump protests turning into riots but it's not like there weren't 10 pages on that news in the thread already.

The headline makes you think "Damn Neo-Nazis!" The body doesn't say anything to reassure against that. they just "neglected" to mention it was an african-american who did the shooting.

No, the subject 'was described as an african american'. That's something different that  'the subject was an african american'.

You assume they purposedly left it out. Perhaps the rumour did not reach our journalist as it did for the article you linked. Or it was considered an unsubstantiated rumour. Maybe 10 people shouted 'it was a black guy', and another 10 said 'we couldn't see the man / woman's race as (s)he drove past.'

Besides, why would the perp's skin colour matter at all? Or why would it matter whether or not is is added to the article? It's not like all black people are leftists, or the committed act is any more or less horrible. By implying that the shooter's skin colour matters at all, you are being racist.

Also, why would the article's title make you think 'damn neo-nazi's'? I think that's just you. The article's title is neutral and descriptive "man shot at anti-Trump protests in Portland". To be quite honest, my first thought was not 'damn neo-nazi's', but rather 'ohnoes, did the police shoot another black guy?' (Don't get me wrong, I'm no BLM supporter, but I do oppose racial profiling.)

I dunno if you were serious, but that's actually wrong. Nazi gun laws actually deregulated the permit system to remove restriction on non-handguns and make gun licences easier to get (unless you were a jew).
