I'm going to disagree with your assertions about what 'healthy male sexuality' is- proposing or wanting to walk up to somebody I don't know and grab them by the pussy is far from acceptable or normal.

Obviously this type of activity is not appropriate in modern society, but it's exactly these impulses which allowed humanity to survive long enough to create a society in the first place. And those same impulses are still in our DNA, even though we have learned to repress them.
Personally, I believe that the best way to overcome our faults is to start by acknowledging them. Know thyself.

I personally think that this kind of behavior (i.e. Trump's lewd talk) heavily indicates weak mental discipline (as if that wasn't already obvious from Trump being Trump for the last decade+), and is thus a valid indicator for the individual's unworthiness to be a President.

But I guess mental discipline in evopsych is just a social construct, made up by humans in order to get higher-quality mates (bleh I feel filthy just typing that).
