I thought I could take on a giant cave spider alone in the caverns.

I got webbed and then spent several in-game hours being shaken around by my head until I finally died. The venom couldn't even get to my character because none of the bites could pierce through my helmet.

Went to a goblin fortress, thought I had a pretty strong character, faced the goblin-leader demon. Me and my companions get roughed up and knocked unconscious. Demon spend the entire bloody day trying to bash our heads in. At some point, I wake up and the demon is bashing on the companions head. I'm dragging the bloody mess I call my body down the stairs while the demon is occupied.

Died of bloodloss before I got down the stairs.

Was that 43.04? A bit disappointing if it was. Neck breaking through shaking has apparently been improved.

After slaughtering a bandit camp with my monarch butterfly man swordsman with like 5 shields, I decided to massacre a kobold camp...I was easily beaten to death by a kobold wrestler...

Climbed a necromancer tower, grabbed the slab, took the wrong staircase down, ended up in that weird hallway-to-nowhere thing all towers seem to have. Then the zombies came down the staircase too.

First got my rhino ear ripped by the first giant saltwater crocodile recruit ambush, a week later my hand became useless because of a second giant saltwater crocodile recruit ambush, died a day later when a giant saltwater crocodile attacked me.

Go on an adventure, find to buddies, buddies get killed by dingoes, find myself alone in the middle of now-where, get murdered by boogiemen. Happens a lot.

Special mention to all the adventurers that died because I didnt notice a bridge and drowned trying to swim under it.

Tried out the trashworld mod, decided to head to a cave where I thought a beast was.

It was the wrong cave, entire area was full of bandits.

One of them had a greatbow.

I get hit in the chest with a "great arrow" which apparently hits with enough force to send you flying backwards quite a distance

Fall into a ravine

Break ALL the things when I hit the bottom

The arrow tore my adventurer's heart open.

Bled to death in the bottom of a ravine with everything broken and a huge arrow sticking out of my character's heart.

Was playing my Trashworld mod, decided to try to free a village from the oppression of some psycho bandits. Slaughtered a good half of them before a meathook ripped my guts out. Managed to stab my killer through the neck before I crawled away and bled to death, holding my innards in my hands.

Unfortunately I can't remember, it's been a while. I beat a hydra, minotaur and other random baddies with it, if that helps
