Oh, speaking of the Discord chat, since not everyone was in it:

There was a suggestion about the city having relatively lax gambling laws.

Tochiya High School is in a serious rivalry with Kobayashi High School, and the coffee shop- Café, I guess?- is a sort of "neutral ground" between them.

Also speaking of the Discord chat, won't be on it for a while because doing a game on IRC.

I'd also suggest the teahouse as an alternate neutral ground for people who don't really care for the stuff and want a change of atmosphere, because the rivalry between Tochiya and Kobayashi is pretty tense at the coffee shop.

There should also be a nearby karaoke bar and arcade. Maybe not the same place, but still.

So, im out suggestions for the city.

1. The police force is run by officers who have criminals as enforces who can be tased if they do anything wrong and people have a rating on how likely they are to commit a crime and are killed if its over 300.
2. The city is one of the few not to cremate anyone who dies and has a large graveyard in the forest nearby, a strange disease has been going around and people have been acting strangely before they die, such as quitting there jobs or refusing to go to the doctor. There are also reports of people who use to be dead walking about like nothing happened at night.
3. The city is on a gigantic aircraft carrier and sports involving military vehicles are a tradition.

2 is no on the walking dead. I don't get this reference.
3: I appreciate the Girls und Panzer reference, but nope.
