There's a good-sized industrial park in the south.
There's a commemorative statue of Tomoe Mami Gozen in the biggest city park.
There's a smallish temple a few minutes out of the city.

By the way, I feel I should go into more detail about the criteria for sheet choosing.

Plus points: Frequent poster, interesting character, sheet that gives a lot to work with, balanced, active in this thread, generally logical.

Minuses: Prone to long disappearances with no warning, somewhat rarely posts, somewhat bare sheet, prone to arguing with the GM, prone to starting arguments in general.

There's more, but these are what I can think of.

Suggestions:

The school mascot is a tiger.
The police have a futuristic totalitarian feel to them; full body armor, face-concealing helmets, armored vehicles, etc. Not prone to cruelty or abuse, but also not the warmest bunch around.
The city has a thriving cosplay community; people wandering the streets in bizarre costumes are unusual, but not at all unheard of.
